A lot of reviewers and people who talk about the OnePlus 3T leave out the back camera now being Sapphire. Not that it is some huge difference but it was changed. Another detail usually left out is the EIS (electronic image stabilisation) being updated. Those are little details but details that should be mentioned.
I Use a One+ 3T (Midnight Black Edition) .. Ive Watched Many Review Videos. But none of em come close to this Video. Superb!! Soothing Background Music Too.
I really like your no-nonsense approach to video making! I have a specific question - I have a 2 year old Sony Xperia C3 and I am looking to change it now primarily because of storage issues but mostly because the camera does not seem to hold up! Is OP3T better in comparison (camera) or should I look at something else! Important point to note is that I am not a big believer in spending really big on phones because they become redundant so quickly! Would appreciate an advice! Cheers!
Ultra fast 128GB storage and people still complain that it doesn't have an SD slot... What do people need all that room? Just move all your porn collection to one drive and problem solved!
Light Yagami not everyone uses the cloud. some people prefer on board mass storage. you don't have to rely on a separate party (your cloud service) to deliver your content to you through another party (your service provider). also plenty of room for recording high quality video etc.
Great review but thought I would point out that scan lines were present throughout all the scenes with white objects as an improper shutter speed is used. I would suggest to use manual exposure settings and select the shutter speed best suited to the lighting rather than leaving it to auto.

Depends S7 Has Best screen, Best camera, amazing battery, customer support and expandable storage. OP3T has Good Screen, Amazing performance, good camera, great battery and amazing charging technology. I've heard Customer Support is... bad at times but is getting better. I'd get the 3T because it's screen is plenty fine, and with those specs it's pretty much guaranteed to last for at least 2 years. Can't go wrong with either, just depends on your usage.
there is one thing which a lot of oneplus 3T reviews did not mention. Maybe you like to check that out. I am also curious. For most Dual-SIM standby phones, they are running on a 4g/3g/2g + 2g. It means that you can switch 2nd SIM to 4g and vice versa, but the other SIM is only running on 2g. This makes the Dual-SIM feature useless, for countries which are no longer serving 2g network. On the other hand, you have Dual-SIM standby phones running on 4g/3g/2g + 3g/2g. It means the no matter which SIM1 or SIM2 you switch to 4g, the other SIM no running on 4g will still run on either 3g or 2g. The only Dual-SIM standby phone i have seen running 4g/3g/2g + 3g/2g is Samsung S7 Edge (likely S7 and Note7 because they came together or later). Most reviewers overlooked that important part of testing the 3g part, which is important to many people. Please help to check if you can!
Tbh I would still pick the oneplus 3t over the iPhone 7 even if they were at the same price. The only things the iPhone is better at compared to the 3t is the speakers and camera, while the 3t tops the iPhone in battery, charge, RAM, display, base storage, and OS (my opinion). I don't take photos much and when I listen to music I use my earphones so the oneplus 3t is absolutely perfect for me!
My only critique is that you look very close to the camera in a lot of the shots. If you were to zoom out a bit so we could see your shoulders/upper body it would of looked a little more natural. With that aside excellent review.

Yep, the GSM stuff sucks, but kind of doubt OnePlus will ever support CDMA (Verizon and Sprint). It's expensive to do and a pain.

If this phone has front facing speakers or dual speaker set up like the iPhone 7 or the HTC 10. It would be perfect.
you can achieve the dual speaker set up when rooted and installing an audio mod found on xda.

Nice review, but for the camera woes what help me was using the HQ mode which eliminates most of the grain and focus issues in low light situations.

I sold my S7 after using my OP3 for a few days. I went back to my S7 and it was so laggy in direct comparison. My 2 cents.
