Cosmos is brilliant with drum machines, as Anthony Rother very aptly demonstrates here. You can make a somewhat boring or static rhythm really come alive, almost like you're mixing two vinyl records. Also works great if you're doing a live set with turntables and a drum machine thru Cosmos.
Thanks now I know it's not going to fit in with my work flow.. can be good for sampling the abstract sounds it's generating and making a song with it..

Very interesting use in rhythmic parts, wow.
Schon geil, denke aber ein data bender von Qubit macht den Job noch überzeugender.
I love the cosmos, it's so inspiring👌
Its an amazing exploration on another incredible instrument…thank you…can you share your settings?
in detail I cannot say the settings but from the beginning it's in series all the 12 algorithms from the RHYTHMIC ALGO with PITCH function
What instruments are you using for the drums/percussion and especially the synth?
the drums is the SOMA Pulsar-23 and the synth is the SH-101
@@anthonyrothercom thanks 🙏
Ooo weee
I don't understand how he can alter the tempo with the Cosmos?
MIne does not do that :-)
@@fibonacho okay, I understand this is the different firmware. I was not aware of that, thanx 👍🏼
Sorry , but this is an awful demo by Anthony.
