Hi. Nice job. I built this kit and mounted it on the back of my Scammell tank transporter. I had to replace a lot of the rivets after like you had to do a lot of filling and sanding. I also put a box on the front right fender as per the protoypes and also did some long tarps along the sides. The finished result was a good model. And I was lucky to win first place in its class at the Southern expo show. So with some work a good model can be produced. Regards.
Thank you! Yes I was pretty pleased with how it turned out considering what I had to work with. I think it's as close to a sow's ear as I could get it! Thanks for watching 🙂
When I build it, a( very) lot of time ago, I couldn't fix the British turret, the peg was plagued by a sort of plastic disk that placed the turret at awkard angles
Good result considering the poor quality of the kit. Did you use a specialist superglue for the tracks? Rubber can be difficult to bond. Nice results with the Revell paints.
Yes it was a bit of a struggle to get it looking even halfway decent! I just used regular Loctite brush on superglue for the tracks. Thanks for watching :-)
Nice. I'm hoping to add a few more to my wargame desert army. Thanks for the inspiration.
Beautiful work!
Thank you!
If you thought this was a horror you've done a splendid job
Thank you :-)

Thank you. Yes, a lot of work is necessary on these older kits, but a nice result can be obtained. Well done on winning first place with yours.
Just bought this kit. Looking forward to building it . Going to use your method. You did a great job
Thank you very much! Good luck and have fun :-)
Outstanding work. You’ve made a silk purse out of a sow’s ear :)

I can't find this kit for less than £25 ?!
That's crazy! I got mine from a local model shop and it was less than £10. Hope you manage to find one at a reasonable price.
