Story Time: Upon the verdant slopes of Nethrandor, where the mist of dawn clung to the towering peaks, stood the mighty statue of Ondrathor, a revered giant of the Elnorin. Beside the monument, a cloaked figure sat in solemn vigil. For ages untold, the lands of Nethrandor had been the battleground where giants and humans clashed, each claiming dominion over the sprawling valleys and ancient forests. Yet amidst the tumult of war, Ondrathor emerged as a paragon of compassion. When the dread boar beast, Gorthrum, ravaged the human settlements of Thalindor, targeting the innocent and the young, Ondrathor stood as a bulwark against the darkness. With valor unmatched, he faced the beast, sacrificing his life to protect the children and bring an end to the bloodshed. In the wake of Ondrathor's selfless act, a fragile peace settled over Nethrandor. The humans of Thalindor, moved by the giant's sacrifice, raised a grand statue in his honor. Carved from the stone of the mountains and adorned with runes of remembrance, it stood as a testament to the newfound harmony between giants and humans. As the sun rose over the valley, casting its golden light upon the monument, whispers of gratitude and reverence filled the air. Mothers and fathers from far and wide made pilgrimage to the statue, their hearts heavy with both sorrow and hope. And in the shadow of the towering statue of Ondrathor, the people of Nethrandor found solace and the promise of a brighter future.
