- A lot of wheelspin even at low rpm, cant start good... about 17 sec 0-210+kmh (real 0-200kmh)
Nothing has changed since the last time i did the pull, supercharged m54b30 seems really reliable so far... its only 3psi tho... Soon il give it a shot with shorter diff ratio
Did you relocate the throttlebody? and how did you setup bypass valve? Can you make a video of your setup an how you mounted it and how you routed charge pipes?
I guess I could make a video...
TB is on its original place.
As I fabricated my own intake and outlet on supercharger, I've placed bypass valve between them. There was a bit of work done to make the piping go the way I wanted.
Why only 3psi? Whats your pulley ratio and whats max rpm for EATON?
custom crankshaft pulley 210mm
eaton pulley stock around 93.5mm
ratio 2.24
Max engine rpm 7000 (15680rpm eaton)
I dont know why only 3 psi, i wanted it to be around 7 psi or 0.5 bar... Ported the supercharger too, and rotors and housing are in great condition.
@@TomoReso Interesting, i have M50B30 and now i am starting to build eaton m62 in. I also wanna use ratio 2,3 to get 7psi. So our calculations are similar. Than low boost can cause ur pipelines or mb cheap IC so u have big lose of preassure? Or wrong porting? Hard to say without knowing any details about ur build

Porting was not done out of my head, I did with care and with tested way of porting design... maybe i can find some pictures. I have Intercooler from some bmw diesel, not sure which model, its not too big and not leaking. Intake temps are awesome too. I have a log somewhere. All pipelines are good, but i guess il have to recheck everything. Il try to remove air filter as well, its a cone filter, not original airbox..

Never measured accurately with 3.0L and supercharger... its sub 6 second for sure...
