I travel very often. It can be easy to overthink packing. It helps me to reme.ber that if I forget something, it can always be bought. It's always good to at least have extra underwear and maybe a shirt in a carry on in case your luggage gets lost. One or two jackets that will match anything is always good without taking up too much space
