Folks. Get out of high cost, high density, high traffic congestion Northern Virginia and BUY IN FORT WASHINGTON, MD. YOU COMPARE. Fort Washington Maryland is 15 minutes to Old Town, 25 minutes to HQ2. AND Fort Washington has greater price appreciation potential than any of the neighborhoods mentioned in this video.

With all due respect, I have no idea how you would hit those commute times unless its 5 am, not realistic. Where do you get these numbers in regards to appreciation? There are many areas I would pick if I was considering a commute to HQ2, but there are few reasons to pick any town in MD solely due to the commute.
