Getting ready to install mine this week. Can’t wait 20k miles on a stock exhaust 😜

Turns out that this muffler delete also creates a unique burble between 1,600 & 1,900 RPM. Probably due to the slight unequal length from the end of the midpipe and the tail pipes. It's pretty cool!

After swapping out my J-Pipe with the ETS GESi catted pipe (in stock location), the rumble is gone and the droning is about 1,000 RPM higher and quieter. It's easier to work around. @extremeturbosystems I purchased it because the GRIMMSPEED v2 were all out of stock, but it would have been awesome too, I'm sure @GRIMMSPEED

are the tips on the correct sides. the shorter tip usually goes to the outside. tough to tell in the video. when I put on my AWE touring CBE, I noticed the factory exhaust was leaking at the y-pipe to muffler flange(s). There was black soot all over the underbody, on both sides. My car had less than 4k miles on it at the time. Did you see any evidence of the factory exhaust leaking at the muffler flanges?

I just mounted a REMARK midpipe to the tail pipes and they met up with the midpipe better than the stock pipe. I did notice leakage prior to the aftermarket midpipe. I'll be inspecting all my bolt-ons soon, so I'll get back here with what I find. I think my tips are equal length. I don't like the fitment of the tips but they do the job for now.

@@MrCliffWorks ...well, I know I have leakage on the AWE pipes, even with the band clamps. If I can see water dripping out, I'm sure exhaust gases can escape there too. I really need to recheck the donut gasket flange to ensure that is a tight seal. it didn't give me the warmest of fuzzies when mating the mid-pipe up to the down-pipe/J-pipe...

About 1 or 2 years in I had some leakage, but the dealer fixed it before I could investigate. It was under lease back then so I had the dealer do all maintenance first 3 years.

how much louder than stock is it? and is it annoying to drive in cab?

It's way louder but sounds good. There is a "drone" between 1900 and 2100 RPM but you can easily go to next gear up to avoid it.
