Let's be real, Novitec's exhaust systems are straight from heaven. I've seen so many video's with Ferrari v12's with Novitec systems but it never gets boring, what a sound!
He might have a setting on to pick up the ”high” sound of this perticular car, and this leads to it also focusing on the higher Tones from his own voice?
In the age of hybrid/electric vehicles and everything else having turbo's, I'm so very thankful for the glorious, front engine 12 cylinder Ferrari. The day this car rolled out of Maranello, it instantly became a legend in style, performance and most of all....sound! Thank you James for this automotive symphony!
@@SenszR No, mid is correct. The location within the car does not matter. The location of an engine is described solely by where it sits from the axles. In this case it is between both axles. Either front-/rear is an extra to middle but not necessary. So mid is correct and front-mid is perfect.
The 812 GTS will go down as one of the greats. It will be propped up right next to the 458 Italia as the best the world had to offer for ICE vehicles. The soul of those two cars cannot be matched.
Finally one of first comments, hope you see this James! Your content and delivery over the last 18 months has sky rocketed you to one of the slickest channels on youtube. A genuinely nice guy doing what we all wish we could for a living. All the best for the future man, look forward to seeing!
@@dinodatrindade2104 no, it’s the mentality of “loving” the newest, most current Ferrari;) and not even having owned a single vehicle from the brand. This channel actually caters to such individuals. I just came to hear another V12.
@@JeepCherokeeful oh so one needs to have owned a Ferrari in order to appreciate its sound and aesthetics? You do realise very few people are afforded the luxury to even sit in one let alone drive it.
@@dinodatrindade2104 no, I’m just stating my opinion;) Fortunately I live in America, where classic American automotive icons are still relatively affordable to buy and maintain. And still legal to register. My state has a cheap one time license plate fee for cars over 25 years old. For a fraction of the cost of a new Ferrari one will turn more heads and you could daily it all year, south of the snow belt of course.
Mr. JWW should be a car salesman. Every time he gives a review I want the car. Remember his review of the 675 LT? I saw plenty of other reviews for that car but he made it exciting.
Any car company might make the fastest cars on Earth... They might make the best looking cars of all time... But NO ONE, and I repeat, NO ONE... Can make a V12 engine sound as beautiful as that of a Ferrari.
Naturally aspirated Ferrari V12. The pinnacle of the automotive industry. It's not about having over 1000hp with huge wings everywhere. This is the best luxury grand tourer with supercar performance. Smooth as silk, fast in the best way fast can be, godly spiritual sounds that enrich the soul body and mind.
I don’t know why I watch these videos because I’ll never own a Ferrari but I certainly appreciate such a beautiful car and the sound of a naturally aspirated engine, V12 at that! I’m 51 and have a few bikes and still love the scream of an in-line 4, the brrrruuppp of a two cylinder off road bike and the thump of a Harley. It will be a sad day when kids grow up not even knowing what they are missing.
Was looking for quality 812 GTS content just last night and unfortunately there wasn't much out there. Your video is fantastic. Aside from the rare stuff like your tdf or the 599 Aperta, i think the 812 GTS is the best modern v12 Ferrari. Would be a dream to own one before the world fully goes electric
In 2002 I was invited to a TVR hospitality event in Newmarket - they brought a Tuscan, T400R + T350, took the rear windows out for sound + brought racing drivers to take guests for rides. Sounded epic, was genius! The Speed 12 was there on display, without engine (!).
In my opinion Ferrari with the last 10 years models (V8 NA, V8 Turbo and V12) are positioning themselves as the real benchmark for a real Supercar, not only with horsepower but with the entire performance, looks and technology and I mean, their sound are the best in the market, just pure F1 sound on their N/A models. Just simply AMAZING!
Anyone else watching this know that the intro was going to be loud and preemptively turn down the volume only to find that it was still MUCH louder than expected? 😂😂 Awesome vid, James!

Very well done! Your words are on point with this car. I love the looks and the sound of this 812 GTS. Definitely an improvement over the Superfast. This kind of driving theater will never be possible in an electric vehicle. Again, job well done and I am glad I subscribed!
It’s been a while since I last watched a video. I’ve been looking forward to this one and it doesn’t disappoint. That sonorous, yet angry, sound of that V12 is intoxicating. Who needs a radio when you that soundtrack to listen to? Beautiful.
Great video James! Love your videos but also, Would love someone do more car sound only videos with cars like these, a section of the videos or pov or whatever, just the sound ! Mesmerizing sound, truly stunning car! For me, a car to keep for this future car world ahead of us!

My god the only thing that was missing was a winding road from the south of France towards Monaco , this Ferrari sounds better than it looks a true gentlemanly express. Pure power and grace combined seems Ferreri has done it again .
What a glorious sound ❤️. Not anywhere in the same league as a super car but I drive an RS3 because the exhaust note is superb and you don’t have to be thrashing it to hear that glorious 5 pot sound, unlike any other hot hatches.
The 812GTS is the biggest gift Ferrari could give to its wealthy customers, the first regular production V12 Ferrari with a retractable hard top! That's basically the dream. I'd buy mine in dark blue or dark green and use it till the end of my days!

Is it me or did james' voice get higher in pitch when he went out for a spin?? Ended sounding like a racing commentary from the 50's
