Great to see this build, I really enjoy that you often build kits from smaller manufacturers. They usually have some very interesting subjects. In my view, the sprue under gate attachment points (on the mating surface rather than the face of the part) that you’ve referred to, is actually a good thing. Clean up will be required either way, and with this method it doesn’t mar the part in a manner that would be seen and possibly require putty. Great job on this one as always, love the addition of the flaps!
I was lucky enough to fly one, in early 2020 just before lockdown! well, the cockpit section of one. which was converted into a flight sim by a very dedicated airline pilot. who's since moved himself and his sims to Gottland where I can't easily visit :(

Thank you, yes they have some challenges, and mostly they are some types difficult to find 😉
A beautifully built model. I remember seeing the elegant Caravelle at Berlin Tegel airport quite often in the early 60s.
Indeed this plane is really beautiful, shame she is out of the sky. We can still see some on display in a few Museum.
This is a beautiful model. I just found your channel and I enjoy your building style, your narration, and your subject choice.
Thank you for your kind comment 👍
Very nice. I like the lowered flaps. Also I remember CTA from the early 80s. They were regular visitors to Gatwick airport.
It's a nice additional kit, and it give a little extra to this beauty.
They operate the caravelle pretty late as well.
Great build, thanks.
I like your detailed videos. Nice built indeed
Thank you 😉
Браво мой друг! Шикарная модель!!

How quite interesting, so there is a sim where you can fly it ? Where is this, I would be quite interested to try it
@airlinersmodelmania it's "FlyCaravelle", Nils Alegren - he's also working on a 707 cockpit conversion!
Nice some are still flying around 🙂
