    Pearce v United Bristol Healthcare NHS Trust update yourself

    • @JHPMedicalUK
      @JHPMedicalUK  4 года назад

      Please enlighten me. This lecture is only intended to review the Bolitho Case. We covered this case as it is a common topic in UK medical school medical ethics and law exams.
      This lecture wasn't intended to cover the Pearce v United Bristol Healthcare NHS Trust case. However, I can understand the relevance when concerning the Bolam test, however this case is much earlier than the case you are referencing. Therefore brought about change prior to this.
      Are you wishing for our team to cover this case also? We are of course happy to consider it.
      Much love,
      JHPMEDICAL_UK
