I noticed that the recent mobility buff really helped this tank. The tank actually feels decently speedy now and it makes it far easier to set it up for sniping.

First of all, the PZ 4's armor is pretty much worse. Save for the front hull (but the turret is what most aim for anyways). Second, the Chi-To is much more mobile especially after the recent mobility update than the PZ 4, the PZ 4 is very sluggish. Third, its round has better pen and angled performance, so there's that too.
