Its a nice gym but based on the video..I dont see any bench press station, deadlift platform station or Squat rack..just machines :/ Correct me if im wrong since im just observing based on the video.
there is few not many ppl do them tbh they only do machines and free weights it's a bodybuilding gym afterall not a powerlifting one but there are still stations for every compound movement there!
How did someone like Kevin been in the Gym and now one even know who is he. It's good like this because sometimes when you feel celebrity it's hard foor the public to reach you. It should be the same everywhere so the ego of the celebrity is going to get down little bit. Imagine a celebrity like i don't know like Meghan markle, Katy Perry and some others get in store ou a restaurant and no one give a shit and not talk to them and you gonna seee what they gonna feel, like a ordinary people. Why celebrities are jumping in the sky cause ordinary people give them a lot of importance, it shouldn't be.
That's what I was thinking. I like to use different options as I warm up before focusing a single body part. Maybe there is a tiny bit more of a mix than we see for that exact purpose.
