If you start pushing 30°C then you're definitely going to begin risking the health of your plants. The best thing you can do is always keep a log of the temperature and the health of your plants that way if you notice any change in the plants' health you can check back on what the temp was and get a better understanding of how to adjust it to maximise growth.
