  • I have used this unit multiple times, spraying for ticks, mosquitos, and poison-ivy, and it worked perfectly. The assembly instructions were very bad but the quality of the product is higher than the price would suggest. This video is not sponsored and I paid for the product with my own money.

    Thank you so much for the demonstration of each individual tip. I have been shopping for a powered sprayer and will be ordering this one soon.

      Yes, it was about 1gpm in my non scientific test. Their spec sheet says 1.1 GPM.

    I was looking at this low cost sprayer. Seems alright for my limited use. Do you need to remove the battery to charge it?

    • @striker1211

      Nope it charges in the unit.

    I purchased this unit 1 month or so ago and i only got around to it last night only to find out there is no charger, instruction manual, or a strap. Did they come in 2 different boxes for you? I wonder if it came separately and I need to look out for the second box in the garage.

      Thanks for the video BTW. I was very frustrated trying to figure out this thing and now I know I am missing parts. You got a good deal on it. I paid ~$120

      I think they were inside the unit on mine.

    How did it do when it gets down to 1 gallon? Dies it get most of it or alot left over

    • @striker1211
      @striker1211  Месяц назад

      The intake is at the very bottom so if you stand straight up it will get almost all of it. You can see what liquid is left after testing at the 7:54 mark

    How long did it take to fully charge it up?

    • @striker1211
      @striker1211  Год назад +1

      Haha as soon as I uploaded this I realized I forgot to time that. I've yet to actually take the battery all the way down and then charge all the way up. If I do I'll update. I only know that after spraying my yard, around my house, and all the testing in the video, that it was fully charged and showing green by 8am after putting it on the charger at midnight.

    Im going to buy one since its priced well so I can spray some micronutrients in my vineyard, I hate the hand pump ones they wear me out cause I have 400 vines and need to fill them like 3-6 times and pumping halfway into a row is brutal by the end of it.
    I also want to use it to spray liquid calcium carbonate(lime) onto soil to raise the PH

      Products like wettable powders will need a diagphram pump because they are abrasive.

    • @pilsplease7561
      @pilsplease7561 4 месяца назад

      Not always, the granular ones yes regular powdered no. Ive owned a lot of sprayers and used them for vineyards. For wine I prefer the non diaphragm pumps cause the diaphragms break so often we used diaphragm wine pumps but they broke so often we had to replace components a few times a year. @@wayneessar7489

    You can get a 20-lb bag of Triazicide at Home D or Lowes for $15 dollars and instead of using a spreader to apply it to your lawn, just put some in a 5 gallon bucket and walk around your house and throw it around the foundation. You can throw it at the side of your house and let it fall to the ground. Or you could get a bottle of Ortho Bug B Gone and attach it to your garden hose and spray everything around your house including bushes, trees, flowers and even your work shed, just spray everything it can't hurt. Honestly the hose end bottle sprayers are simple and you can do your whole yard in no time and it kills everything .
    I would avoid using when plants or shrubs are flowering, don't want to kill the Bees.
