I had three 201 190e's take care with that huge 3/8th ratcheting wrench on 10mm nuts. I use a 1/4 inch drive for the small stuff. This is a great detailing video. Thanks so much! I'm doing another valve cover gasket so I like to get it nice and clean before I begin..
Thanks for the kind words. That's true, the half incher is better for the 3/8th. I'll be doing my 3k mile oil change soon with heavier oil than I used last time
Thanks for watching. I'm located in Woodbridge. Don't know if any groups in the area, as these cars are so rare. But trying to get a hold of a few of us so we can show off our cars. Let's cruise one of these days🤙🏽
For sure- we should. I’m in the Cranbury area. There is a shop in Princeton whose owner Brian has a 190e on air ride that I know of. He may know of more groups and such.
@@wavecatcher These little Benz can turn on a dime better in the street where most cars have to make a three point turn! They call them the poor mans Mercedes, well I feel pretty rich in mine because these are made so well, and are solid little cars..
@@faroutgolf3650 Yes they can. They have that solid old pre-merger feel....even down to that vault-like clink when the doors close. Not to mention, they attract a lot of cool attention

I'm glad you enjoyed it. More great content to follow on a regular basis. Thank you for watching 👍🏽
Very nice.
Noticed the NJ plates. I’m in NJ and have a 1992 190e- love the car. Are there any clubs or groups for 190e owners here in NJ? Thanks for the video

You call the part under the air filter housing, the throttle body. The actual name is the " air plate sensor."
Hello,
What is the difference between 2.3L and 2.3 - 16 engine for mercedes benz 190e?
The 2.3L is an 8v with about 120hp, and the 2.3-16 has 185hp, sportier suspension, and a more aggressive body kit👍🏽
@@wavecatcher thanks for your response, is possible to replace them each other without any other modification to the Vehicle?
@@gonnadize Yes, you can swap the engine & trans
