I think the studio did. There were signs along thier fence that said something like 'No Studio Parking'. I thought that was a bit wrong. If I wasn't using the studio, are you saying I CAN park there? Well I would, if you hadn't put all these stupid cones there! I don't know if they are there every day, maybe just on days when they expect a lot of visitors/film staff. Glad you liked the history lesson. Thanks for watching.👍
@@tintersniffer9929 somebody else was questioning the cones, and I posted a similar reply on their comment. However, I added that, perhaps, the local authority 'ask/give permission to' the studio to put the cones out on certain days. If that is 'legal' or not, is a matter for investigation.
They did have signs on their fence, 'No studio parking'. I did wonder myself if they can just put out cones when and where they chose. It may be that the local authority ask them to do it, on days when they expect a lot of visitors or staff, or film extras.

would be interesting to check the legality of the road cones as they appear to be a permanent placement.. wouldnt be surprised if they were from the studio.
Signage on the fence stated 'No studio parking'. A few comments have been asking the same thing. Can a private company control parking along a public road? The sign is OK, it's a request for users of the site, not to park there, but that's all, it's a request.
@@Stuart_George it's been a long time since I looked into parking regs etc but normally a TRO would be required for the full time cones from my aging memory.
