Capri tools may or may not warranty Amazon purchase the seller has to be authorized seller so be careful also Capri doesn't offer free shipping to Alaska that includes warranty replacement.I was going to order there angle wrenches but to ship to Alaska it was 80 dollars ended going with the tekton .I do think the Capri wrenches are a better wrench then the tekton and if you don't live in Alaska there definitely the way to go .I will also add that a lot of place won't even ship to Alaska so I do appreciate that they were willing to ship .I also could have ordered off of Amazon and got free shipping but decided to stick with tekton they offer free shipping even to Alaska as long as it's under 300 pounds. ,I also don't put a lot of stock in warranty after my experience with craftsman and kobalt and napa professional tools .
A company that stands behind it tools and actually follows through is a huge bonus for being tools of choice. Something that’s not found often in our disposable pitch and purchase again society. Awesome info to know Brandon 👍🏻
I'm really thinking Capri and Tekton are going to take Gearwrench's place in the market. Gearwrench's products really aren't better enough, or really better at all in my experience, than Tekton and Capri, but their service just sucks compared to those two.
That's good to know. I still haven't jumped in on any of their tools, but kind of looking forward to the right things to pull the trigger on. I don't buy a ton of tools as it is.
I really enjoy warranty videos seems straight forward. So if you purchase a used Capri tool the warranty is done unless you get the sales order number?
Great video! How do you like the ratchet wrenches compared to the reversible gearwrench? My set is a few years old and some of the lower sizes (8mm, 7/16, 10mm etc) are skipping and changes direction between turns.
I have been noticing that tools like SK, at time was a good tool at a great price. But now that Im thinking about buying a few sets SK is as much as Mac, Snap-on, and a few others and not as reliable. 30 + years ago when I had a shop with 46x5 snap-on boxes and well over 70k worth of tools I never had issues unless I used a screwdriver as a breaker bar. :) but now all the tools are about the same. Im sorry I let the tools go when I sold the shop. :(
Brandon, I just ordered the 1/2" drive swivel sockets after seeing what you put tools through. They will probably last me a good while. Also, I just picked up my first Snap On 3/8 flex head ratchet. In love after the first 2 days. I figure anything you punish on a daily basis will probably last me forever. ps-how are you liking those Tekton sockets? I use mine on a daily basis, and wonder what took me so long.
Hey brian, not gonna deny that snap on ratchets are my fav, albeit pricey as hell. The 15/16" swivel socket from capri i got am still beating hell out of and so far so good a year later. As for tekton sockets, those as well holdip up good so far.
Bearded Seabee82 definitely I’m really excited for the summer time!! By the way if I was on RUclips what would be the best way to tell people what I’m doing?
I hope I never have to warranty any of the stuff I bought from Sears. Finding those receipts might suck. Hope you and the family are doing well Brandon.
I didnt know sears carried capri at a point in time. I am pretty sure that if you did need to warranty anything if you got ahold of customer service they would work well with you. Have been doing alright out this way, works been keepin steady at least. Hope yall doing well too
Appreciate the info. I don't have a lot of Capri tools, but I do have some. No complaints at all. Will likely buy more as I need them. Good quality at a very fair price. Like their hex sockets. Hard to beat for the money. Interesting that you mention Gearwrench. I broke one of their ratchets years ago. Still have it...somewhere . Still broken.
It’s crazy I have yet to walk on a truck with a tool that needed warranty and got off with the replacement/fix . I warrantied my Capri 8mm and recieved it in about 3 days. If you’re dealer is stocked up then warranty is good on a truck . but even still have to wait a minimum of a full week till you see your truck again to get that warrantied tool. If they can’t get it till the next week.
Thank you blue, sorry for late response, your comment for some dumb reason was flagged as spam by yt. Ive had great results with their tools past 4 or 5 years now, and bang for buck they definitly beat out blue point on wrench sideand a good number of snap on on bit side. Thanks for watching

Very seamless process on capri warranty process
I love my 3/8 ratchets from Capri and 100 tooth ratchet wrenches. Good stuff.
Right On, Thanks for the video. I have got to get my hands on more Capri tools.
Would expect nothing less based off of all your reviews and off of the set you gave me very impressive
They do have top-notch tools! and very reasonable as well.
7Westwood what’s up!
Gearwrench is a pain to warranty very pissed at gearwrench

I saw that video where the hex bits are jacked up . did they send you replacements?
The need for a receipt is a deal breaker… have never kept receipts!
And warranty through Tekton, HF, craftsman are hassle free compare to this
I had major issues trying to warranty some old craftsman in the past at true value
Seems really easy to get done.
Customer service and support is key.
Great video brandon
How would the warranty work if the capri kit was recived in a giveaway and you don't have a order number?
Any friend of Buffalo is a OK with me! Just subscribed!
Buffalo has been hella guy. Known him quite well for quite while. Great to see him as great a guy he is come this far. Hes hella guy!

Great info... Thanks👍
I will consider my next haul to be capri stuff.
Similar process to tekton, quick and easy the way it should be

That i dont know.
As long as you can shows us a picture of the item with our name on it we will honor the warranty.
Hmmm 🤔 I need to see if it’s a bad tooth on one of my wrenches. I noticed the switch got stuck, but then freed up and worked fine.
Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do and things break atleast it was the wrench that broke and not the bolt
Gotta love beer thirty!

I am trusting your opinion on these tools. Needing to buy for work and going to give them a shot👍
