Armed AND Dangerous isn't Armed OR Dangerous is good assessment. The best advice my watch Commander gave me when I was a rookie. When in doubt, DON'T. Never be im a rush to make a bad decision or to violate civil rights and /or liberties. Confirm the warrant first, use good tactics, and if you are scared and afraid for your life...under these circumstances... this might not be a profession for you.

I don’t hear any background noise like a watch alarm. I played it off two devices with no problems.

@@BluetoGold Still there for me, though I did have to turn the volume up, and I wear headphones. Used firefox, and chrome, just the one computer. But it is definitely your vids, not there on others. Somehow your recorder is picking up a background noise. Probably won't affect most others, but I am easily irritated by noise - like people chewing. So I tend to notice stupid things like this. Mild misophonia or something. Also watch alarm may not be the best comparison.
