But you need to know how to bend the form properly for every nail style and for the 3d method you have to check how it works. Sometimes you fail if you skip the instructions... And that's what happened here

I actually really love the clear peekaboo in the middle! It gives it a futuristic look, almost looks like the top part is glowing with that green outline! Super cool, I would get a whole hand of just those with no charms or anything! 🤩

You know the sticky tabs that they use for press on nails mark you can also put one of those on the fake hand and then press your nail tip onto it that helps it stay in place also and it’s easy to remove from the back of the nail and the hand!

I think you should make a series out of this style, work on perfecting it for the next 5 weeks ....showing your progress for each following week

Recreation videos are the best!
You could do what Lissette Cruz did and use a nail tip and shape it. Less time, much easier and you end up with a cleaner shape. But girl, idk how you have the patience and skill to do these things. That's why I watch your videos because they fascinate me fr.

Whew! About time Glitter Planet sent you something. I remember way back commenting on one of her videos that it would help if she would send her products to a few creators. Would love to see some of our favs (people we trust) use her products with different systems and stuff we already have.
Competition nails are HARD. But Russian completion nails are another level of skill. Even the regular Russian almond shape takes massive skills. You did great on your first try! Not everyone can do as well as you did in the first go!

Greetings! It’s a 3D nail. After you form your extended nail bed you take your colored polish and paint the edge of the nail bed AND a small area surrounding the nail bed on the form. Then cap it with clear. Repeat as many times you want with as many colors you want. You are close and on the right trail though!!!

If you build the extension first then built the smile lines I think it may have been easier and finish the cuticle area last. They are so cool!

Hi love! Am a nail tech. Well am a cosmetologist but I like to do nails the most. To me it looks like a base of white. Then you use clear. Outline the clear with color and then do the white tip. I have stubbled upon a video that has a similar design and to be honest it looks hard but it looks so beautiful. They also used poly gel instead of acrylic.
Either way your nails are absolutely gorgeous. You inspire me everyday. I made an eclipse set of nails using your poly gel and they came out very beautiful. Simple but I love them.

You did good. I did something similar not too long ago. I found out if you lay a very thin layer of clear down as a base, it helps out a lot with the color as in the making the shelving look.

I love all of your videos and nails. Maybe if you lay a thin layer of clear acrylic in the shape of the nail then do the nail bed it might help with laying down the polish and the filing, I could be way off but it might help so that you wont need the form afterwards. I cant wait for your next video!!! ❤❤❤

I'm like you Evie! Been doing polygel nails since the pandemic lock down. I did nails for a good friend, but she never preps her nails so they all popped off on their own after a few days! I'm not a licensed tech, this is just my hobby because I couldn't see my nail tech for so long! You're an inspiration! I love your polygel line! I'm still so afraid of doing acrylic, plus the smell. i looove the silicone hand, and if it makes it easier for you than you should do it morr often with difficult nails
I think these turned oout really pretty. 🥰 This is such a technically difficult shape, and I think you did great with it! For the white base, maybe you could've applied some white gel polish on the underside of the nail and this would've given the illusion of the white base through the clear acrylic. I love it when you challenge yourself on these. It makes me want to give them a try. ... Then I wake up! LOLOL! Fabulously done! 💅💖💖💖

Haii I just wanted to say you did a great job for your first try and you can use nail tips to achieve the russian almond nail by bending the nail tip in half and then shape it. But you did great and had the courage so that's important 😁. Have a nice dayyyy😘 Love ya💖
