    #uk #ukjobs #uksponsorship
    Summary
Narendra shares his journey of landing a Visa sponsorship job in the UK despite challenges, emphasizing the importance of experience and preparation in the job search.
    Highlights
🎓 Getting a master’s degree is not enough for securing a job in the UK.
💼 Practical experience through internships is crucial for job applications.
📅 Start applying for internships at least six months before course completion.
🔄 Networking and referrals significantly enhance job prospects.
📝 Tailoring your CV and preparing for common interview questions are essential.
🚀 Consistent application and upskilling can lead to successful job placements.
🚗 A driving license may improve chances for certain construction roles.
    Key Insights
📚 Master’s Degree Limitations: While a master’s degree can facilitate entry into the UK, it doesn’t guarantee job placement, as many others possess similar qualifications. Candidates must differentiate themselves through experience.
🌟 Importance of Internships: Gaining practical experience through internships, even unpaid, can provide an edge in the competitive job market, allowing candidates to build skills and networks essential for securing sponsorship.
⏳ Timely Applications: Students should begin their internship applications at least six months before finishing their degrees. This proactive approach can increase their chances of securing roles in a timely manner.
🤝 Networking Benefits: Actively networking and getting referrals can significantly enhance job prospects. Most positions are filled through personal connections rather than traditional job applications.
📄 CV Customization: Tailoring your CV for each job application is critical. Highlight relevant coursework and skills to attract attention from recruiters, making the CV readable and engaging.
🗣️ Interview Preparation: Candidates should practice articulating their experiences clearly and confidently, as interviews in the UK often focus on personality fit and communication skills.
🚦 Driving License Advantage: Obtaining a driving license can be a valuable asset in securing jobs, particularly in industries like construction where mobility is often required.

A Master’s degree alone doesn’t guarantee a job in the UK market, which is mainly experience based. Relevant experience in high-demand fields makes all the difference.
Personally after my studies, I received 3-4 job offers, none of which even asked about my degree. They themselves offered visa sponsorship to me, so I didn’t need to apply for a PSW. Now, a year later, I’m switching my job again, and my new employer is happy to sponsor me.
The takeaway: thoroughly research demand in your field, and focus on building the specific skills and experience employers are looking for. This is what will set you up for success in the UK job market.

Advice : Don't interrupt the guest while he is talking, don't say Umm umm for every other second . It is very very irritating. Btw great interview with excellent person 👍

Because they take students 4x or even more than the actual sponsorship visa they can give after they graduate it's as simple as that. When the computation is more you know what gets harder to get. So let's stay positive and try to be at the top of the food chain so our chances of getting the sponsorship increases.

This one is a useful video. Even though I already have a sponsorship visa, I love watching your videos.
Whatever he mentioned is what I had done to land a job. So people who are not putting enough work into polishing CVs / starting job search early/ consistently applying for jobs will have a tough time. People like to call people lucky to land in sponsorship visa but it's because of their hard work.

Most of the Europeans dont speak good English, but they are surviving here in the UK.. But the biggest problem with the Indians are they always judge the other person based on their English speaking skills. It's some kind of Indian mindset problem.. Local native English speakers are very good people. They don't judge us by our English speaking skills. Because they know that we are non native speakers.. don't worry about grammar mistakes.. they are common and nobody care about them here in UK..
