- Today I am sharing what I eat in a day and will be sharing a delicious lunch and dinner recipe with you all. I really hope you enjoy this video and thank you as always for watching :)

Coconut Salmon Soup Recipe (to serve 2):
2 salmon fillets, kale, 1 tin coconut cream - if you are making this for more people, then just use a tin of coconut milk, 400ml veg stock (1 stock cube), 2tsp Thai green or red curry paste, egg noodles, salt & pepper, lime juice.
Layered Potatoes:
6 large potatoes, 400ml veg stock (1 stock cube), 150ml creme fraiche, 2tsp rosemary, cheddar or parmesan cheese, salt & pepper

Your food always looks amazing hun. Poached eggs are my favourite way to have eggs but I’m rubbish at making them lol 😂. I need to try that bread - I love a nice seeded bread.

Hello Kerry a few weeks ago you did a coconutty, Thai chicken oven bake risotto. Did it tonight but used brown rice so cooked it longer at first than you did for basmati. Dish was a great success. Thought you’d like to know.

Hey Kerry, hope you’re well. I’m happy, good and well thank you good morning love this What I eat in a day video. So happy and motivated I liked all the breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening / weekend dessert idea as well. My favourite what my family eat in day ideas was the eggs on the seeded bread sounds good. I do quite like butter on my toast. But I do like the bread to be warm up first and I love it sometimes. Haha ♥️😊. The salmon noodle and coconut soup sounds good. Any soups sounds so clinging and warming. I absolutely love Lindt chocolate so much. Lol. 🥰♥️😍🐣☀️🌼🇹🇷😊😘🎶🏝️🦋. I love the lime object. Ooh the creamy layered potatoes look amazing and really delicious. I love grill steak sharing platter dinner. I absolutely loved those gu cheesecake pots so much and I hope to buy them soon in Waitrose too. I love chocolates, biscuits and desserts too. I like normal cold water and hot water and Turkish tea. Here is what I ate this week. I had blueberry jam, clotted cream bread and it’s was so lovely. I had the limited edition Rachel’s mixed fruits yogurt. I had some Nutella chocolate and custard doughnuts with a cup of tea from the puddling stop and they’re were so good. I love doughnuts too. Pizza, apple juice, minced beef pasta, sweet potato soup and pasta soup biscuits blueberries apples and peaches smoothie feta cheese on seeded bread and plus water, crackers blueberries and an apricot yogurt as well. We also got the same seeded bread from Waitrose and it’s amazing. I love drinking water. I love coffee with coconut or normal milk. I also had some grapes. I love going to the gym and doing online workout videos because they keep me motivated and good for the week. I love this style of what my family eat in a day video because it show and give us different breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas in one video. Yes I love you to do more of these what my family eat in a day and full week what I eat in a day videos please. I have a lot desserts on the weekends and sometimes during the week. Can you tell me what’s the name of the new video coming on Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7:30pm please? Isn’t it just.. the bread was actually delicious.. I added sugar to mine and it came out a bit like a scone.. but we loved it and had it with Jam 👌👌👌
