- Modified extract from Psalm 135, performed by the monks of Simonopetra Monastery (Mount Athos, Greece).
The Psalm itslef obviously isn't about war, but the performance, especially thanks to the war-like drums, give it a very military vibe, hence why the title of the video.
The painting used is called "Battle of Kulikovo" by Yuri Petrovich Pantyukhin. It was upscaled to the 16:9 format using the DALL-E AI.

I've noticed that the original video got deleted and this song is now being copyright claimed by "Day Of Salvation".
Add to that numerous channels straight up reposting this video without even mentioning the original source, that is, the Simonopetra Monastery.
Let's be clear here : this is bullshit. I don't monetize my videos and I have the decency to actually mention the original authors and link them in the description. I don't know what can be done to remove this bs copyright claim nor do I even know if it's possible.
I do know however that anyone who re-upload this song can give credits to the original authors.
Same rules apply for the thumbnail art. If you're willing to use it for any type of public content, please give credit to Yuri Pantyukin.
Who are these people doing the copyright? DISGUSTING! Christianity should be spread , not monetized.

Consider the relationship between Space, Mass and Time. They are each unique and identifiable. However one aspect can not exist without the other two. In order to have mass, you need somewhere to put it. Once it is placed, when was it placed?
Each of these has a mini tawheed.
Space is Height, Length, Width
Mass is Solid, Liquid, Gas
Time is Past, Present, Future
Tawheed comes from the Ethiopian word Tawaheedo/ተዋሕዶ. It was added to the Yemeni lexicon in the 3rd century (300 years before Islam's creation) by the Axsum Empire.

It was never Greek. It was Roman. The name wasn't Greek Empire (nor it was composed by ethnic Greeks only, but other ethnic groups as well and all they were Romans), but the Eastern Roman Empire, or Byzantine Empire. But you already know that, I'm sure.
I have respect for the Greeks (although many of them don't have for me and mine) and their huge contribution for the Orthodoxy (and for many things at least in this part of the world in general), but I don't have sympathy for this modern nationalistic overtone and subtle claiming of exclusivity, especially when it comes to Orthodoxy - which can be seen also in other modern day Orthodox countries.
After all, we are all brothers in Christ, and Christ goes beyond nation.

@@ognardwtf are you talking about? Byzantium(its name before Constantinople) was created by the Megarians from Attica. They settled there. Then it was renamed in Constantinople. Until 1453 the vast majority of its inhabitants were Greek people.

It doesn't matter on which city Constantinople was built and who were before. It does matter by who was built and who were they and they were Romans. Constantine the Great was Roman Emperor after all.
I just was making a statement in the comments, no big deal really... a point that I believe it is wrong to attribute modern day nationality to something that doesn't belong to any modern nation exclusively. Something which is of great significance for any of us, the Orthodox, regardless to where we come from. When you are claiming exclusivity like this, you (willingly or not) exclude every other. And that's not good, especially in these times and the upcoming ones. And oh, they are coming... where we need to be prepared and rely on eachother as true Orthodox brothers and sisters.
So... I'm not sure what was actually my attitude that you are referring to, but it is for sure that I had no ill will towards you or wanted to offend you or disturb you by any means.

greek language is one of the few languages which can perfectly describe hebrew. actually hebrew is a very difficult language. single words can have a totally different meaning if you write it different. it feels like god sent alexander to hellenize the mid east so the gospel can get spread to the world on the best way possible

My family gave to catholic mission in India. That’s how I knew that Indian christian were catholic…but for Byzantine, I spent 2023 of my life thinking they were catholics lol.
