In Co-op, the Aqua Slime spawns with the Cryogenic Meteor that drops in Phase 2 when you push Ciella past 95% HP. Leave it alive until it spawns a Pot of Miracles. In the meantime, dodge Rebounding Arrows & the 4 Waves from Floor of Despair. After the waves, Ciella will do a whirlpool attack, Karmic Shield and then a Straight Shot - you'll want to kill the Pot of Miracles roughly when she Karmic Shields for the DEF buff to last through her 1-shot attack. In Solo, there's no slime - a Pot of Miracles just spawns roughly at the end of the waves from Floor of Despair.
Besides just learning to properly execute all the mechanics, the hardest part about clearing solo has definitely been getting the AI to not die during the tidal waves... Freyja's dragon skill definitely helps, if I can manage it.

I don't think this was covered in this video but there's one more new attack in phase 2. Right after the first four Floors of Despair Ciella will do a cross attack with red overlapping circles that spawn whirlpools. To dodge this you should roll in the opposite direction of the circles or at the furthest circle you see. The reason for this is because she will spawn a second whirlpool cross that can't be d. She'll spam this attack during Berserk and it's definitely tripped me up quite a few times before I finally cleared. Other than that, everything else is included so pretty good guide overall!

After not even getting to a single break with an optimal team for two weeks I’m just going to stop attempting this, and I’m definitely not going to try coop. The benefit from the second unbind is minimal.
It’s pure bragging rights, but I don’t think that’s necessarily a bad thing right now since this is essentially the endgame boss for the wind arsenal right now. However, if the second unbind doesn’t mean anything when the new dragon trials roll out, that’s where things will start to get problematic.
The hardest part of this fight is the DPS check. I've time out like at least 5 times before I got my first clear. If you can't clear phase 1 in 3 minutes, you'll most likely timing out. Also, L.Ciella AOE claps is guaranteed to insta kill your dragon. So if you use Notte, it will ends your big Notte. Even worse, in can ends your Mid0 before you use his skill. Oh, Mid0 is very important btw, you want that resist down to increase DPS. His skill attack the whole screen, great for killing bubbles and arrows. You really don't want to waste time attacking bubbles and arrows. One good thing is that L.Ciella has the easiest Berserk phase compare to Volk/Kai. But you need to break her like 5 times in Berserk before you kill her. Also, since DPS check is the biggest problem, this fight going to be the first to get powercrept when we get better unit and facility upgrade.
Ty for the guide! I refuse to do my first clear of this fight without Sylas. I should mention that for me right now I actually don't really find any of the mechanics too hard. My main problem is that my solo team of Sylas, Louise, THope, and Lowen just can't clear. Even with double dispel skill shares on THope as the lead I just can't manage the damage needed. And no, I don't have any Stormlash appliers. Edit: Forgot about Human Middy lol
One more thing to point out in berserk when you get to that part in ciella. Ciella is the only legend difficulty fight where you can still inflict bleed on her. This makes some bleed characters viable against her and Especially during berserk phase. For example FMitsuba would be great to use for solo clear
Fairly certain claps inflict freeze or bog. So the chance to freeze on claps is just bog happening instead of freeze. Good thing shields will block the affliction all together so I don't even have to worry about clap afflictions in solo.
As someone who doesn't have any stormlash punishers (aside from Human Mids) and no Gala Zephyr, the DPS check was a huge pain. I opted in to a Lowen + doublebuff team I saw some other clears, and barely had any time left in the end. Notte/Zephyr, please come home.
These guys really want us to use Stormlash characters between the high poison resistance right off the bat and not being immune to Stormlash during berserk (for some reason). Still, now that I have the rapid fire wind mana caster now, I’ll feel more confidant when I attempt this for the first time.
So how does Morgana fair in this fight in your opinion since he’s a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to his role? Would he be safe to use with Lowen and 2 other DPS units, or would you recommend someone else? Also, I still to this day don’t have Midgarsormr 0. Any dragon substitutes that you recommend?
Morgana's a bit of a mixed bag - keep them as an AI since being bogged and then being the primary target of Bolts from Above is a death sentence Re: Mid0, either Vayu or Reborn Zephyr are viable DPS substitutes but you'll have to contend with the lack of AoE and Wind Res debuff utility
@@XenoXilus I always keep the Persona users as AI units anyways since they can activate Personas on their own. Also, now that Notte can finally use Metamorphosis on her own as an AI, would she work as an AI effectively now, or would you recommend someone else that can inflict stormlash? Also, hopefully Cecile’s insane rapid fire powers can make up for my lack of AoE.

I don't think only a single DPS unit will be able to chew through Ciella's HP within the time limit - solo typically requires at least 2 built DPS & 2 of Lowen/Templar Hope/Dragonyule Xainfried (preferably). Musashi himself will also fall off super hard in damage during Berserk as Ciella will no longer be able to be poisoned.

You should try to phase out either Lowen or Hope, as you need a bit more power to chew through Ciella's meaty, meaty
