That begging was flawless; dang tinashe has grown into the artist we always knew she was
Anthony Edwards it really was
Beginning reminds me of her old music. Miss it. ❤️
Nah she was better back then
What did she beg for?
Tinashe has always been a grown artist. Aquarius was like 5 years ago and was insane. Maybe go back and listen to Bated Breath, Cold Sweat, Pretend, Far Side of the Moon and Wildfire again.
ON VALENTINE’s DAY TINASHE REALLY?? 😢😢 if this song don’t become a hit i’m fighting ya
Andres Sky go stream it then it can be a hit
People say this but don’t stream/buy her music .. sis pls
Share share share the video ! ASAP
@Krystal 1st of, the first Save Room For Us video was shot in Japan. Its literally in the name. TOKYO Visual. Unless you think Tokyo is in Korea... 2nd Tinashe has ALWAYS been experimenting with her sound. It's what makes her the most exciting to watch and listen to. Who wants to listen to the same song remade a hundred times. And Girly? You must not have seen the video for Bet, Company, Die A Little Bit, No Drama and more. Point is Tinashe is NOT a one dimensional artist. She can so Pop, Hip Hop, RnB EDM AltnB and all other genres and thats what makes her so special.
This isn't gonna be a hit
Imagine you're in a club, heartbroken and sad. And than this song comes up and you just dance, feel the music and don't give a shit about anything around you...
That would be an amazing moment.
I got goosebumps with this comment
I did, I cried while I danced and the world just disappeared. Felt so much better.
@@blacksnakeproductions5875 love this comment
Me, but at a Cheesecake Factory
Stop saying she's underrated and keep sharing and listening her songs! She's incredible and we know this, let them know!
Agree with u
can do both
She is under rated
True, I just saw this song in a twitter thread. No idea it existed until today
Well Said !
I'm surprised this isn't on the radio. This definitely feels like a summer banger.
I am surprised all of her songs are not THEY ARE WORTHY that is for sure
Right!?
So I requested her song on 106.1 and they said they couldn't and to pick another. So....idk
Alberto Rynda danggggg fr?? That’s crazy
Want her to get big? Share it to social media, get others to share too
She’s so underated ffs, this should be a hit.
Exactly
I know right 😔
It is a hit though. Latest album is one of her best work and under her own label as well. She is only going up from here. Hate seeing this underrated comment. Things and times have already changed. Let's speak shit into being 🤘❤💕
She is not underrated this song got a lot of recognition
Frances Ifeoma by underated I don’t see it on the charts no where and it should have 1 billion views it’s amazing, that’s what I mean by underated.
She is a modern artist that is a throwback to when R&B was great like she stepped through a time machine. Totally under appreciated in today's music era, but would have stood out in 90's & 2000's. Bottom line. SHE IS DOPE!!!
Her face makes me cry every time. There's so much emotion in her artistry.
Must had break up mmm....ppl don't go on crying for nothing... she needed him to see it

WHEW! FIREEEEEE.
THE JANET JACKSON INFLUENCE POPPED OUT.
I STAN.
I seen/felt that too I hope people catch on to it. She killed it
🖤🖤🖤😭YES
Riiiight😭💙
im glad someone else caught it :)
Janet is all our favorite popstar's favorite popstar it seems 💜
this woman is the most underrated artist of this generation. She would've slayed so many in the 90s-2000s
We need to do something like hype her the fuck up tell the point of pure exhaustion. I talking we need to be hella annoying. This talented woman is 27 and has been in this music industry for so long I don’t care what her past record label did we failed her!
I’ve been saying for years🥰😍❤️💯❣️
Tinashe was obviously way to young to come up in the 90s. Much love to her. But There were also countless other talented artists from the 80’s And more importantly the 90’s that inspired an entire generation of young people and are still relevant today. Not just solo acts but groups as well. I still jam to them constantly. Damn!!. I miss 90’s. Theres a mere hand full of R&B/Rap talented artists that can’t even hold a candle to what we were listening to back then.
I’m sure there’s extraordinary talent out there. These record labels need to get off their over paid asses and scout some fresh artists each with their own individual sound. I feel like every time I listen to a current artist they sound like others in a way. They’ve come up with a generic formula and they seem to clone these young impressionable newbies into the same extract thing each time Frankly, Im dying to hear an artist that gives me the chills and makes me feel deep emotion. Hi Music is my and always be my therapy!!!
I say that all the time
Seems she is generally underrated even by her ex...
Finally, a national anthem for all the BROKEN HEARTED LOVERS.
Haha fine.
I hate the radio. I hate labels. I hate the top 40 charts. I hate billboard. If this was made in the 80s or 90s or even early 2000s it would be an undeniable hit and here we are in 2021 and this is now what we call underrated and underappreciated music. It makes absolutely no sense to me. Wtf happened ?! This is the music we should be hearing. The Weeknd did something right because by these standards he shouldn't have made it as big as he is now yet somehow he did. He needs to give tips to artists like Tinashe who should be way way bigger than what she is. This song is amazing. I don't get it at all. It deeply frustrates me!!
absolutely right !
It's because most people love the music that's full of nonsense instead a true masterpiece like this song.
I feel you bud! She's amazing!
The Weeknd had to change his sound t a few times along the way.
She is independent and has no label to promote her + she's barely promoting herself and the main stages never call her to perform... :(
Y'all... this is a whole ass moment in this young woman's career. Bare witness. She's a rare talent.
I love this girls Hustle. She still pushing despite being underrated. It's ridiculous and admirable.
Pushing what she never missed a meal. Ain't worried about Tinashe
@5,ooo LightYears Away ikr... i dislike those videos like "what happened to..." or "why x artist fell off" she is making good music and has her own fans. everyone defines success in their own way.
totally agree!!
underrated? Tinashe and Jhene are it!! as far as im concerned , i mean i love alot but those two
Tinashe and Normani are 2 artists who you look at and think....damn. What exactly happened? What went wrong? You look at these women and just know in your gut they’re supposed to be more than what they are
PlatinumGrey X probably not enough work into rebranding...cud both of these artists styles have changed. Normani’s style is dry different from fifth harmony and this song of tinashe’a is more r&b than her usual dance sexy style stuff. Some vma dance performance like dua lipas will definitely make a huge different cuz in my opinion the choreography of this music video is stunning, and the wardrobe is stunning and the hook is real catchy.
@@gloriamusic0728 They each have really good performances. They can both dance and perform, I dont think they have to mimic Dua Lipa, but promotion was definitely an issue. Tinashe has released some pop songs like "Flame" but it didnt really stick. Tinashe had some problems iwith her label too. Normani had a great start with the Khalid and Sam Smith colabs. But something happened with Motivation. She hasn't released of her own songs after that. Hope these girls get the shine they deserve now that Tinashe is Independent and Normani may be dropping something soon.
This song reminds me if Soul train and the line. They needed bump.or pump music. I miss the after awards parties . Quite fun & all. The before 96 90's.
poor marketing. I swear everyone loves Tinashes and Normani's songs but it was not promoted enough
RCA, they both were signed to RCA. Thankful tinashe got out but RCA is notorious for only promoting one artist at a time. Even Britney Spear struggled with her last comeback under RCA. I can’t see Normani getting more promotion under they are finished with Doja Cat
i can NOT believe she does not get more recognition and attention for her work. shes been the best in the game since the beginning and no one even knows
Oh no, I knew that the 1st time she about pulled through the dam glass like magnet the way she does it. She doesn't have to sell the most she is legitimately one of the best ever, she the total package really, I've never been just blown away like it is every time with her. I actually think she has taught me how to dance with someone, weird but true, guess I just wanted to with her. Cant help it, shes great
This era has been so rewarding 😭😭
The fact that these other girlies don't even have eras smh
Legit i feel like i owe her Soemthing i cant give
Her dancing is so different this Era!! Like she has nothing to prove anymore.
Antoine Robertson 🙌🏽
Definitely agreeing with you! It’s so pure
Th3 Kool Aid Man um no not what I was saying at all.
@@803boydat k00l
not just her but the chorographer blew it away was some dancing there
The way she exhibits and deliberates emotion through the screen is breathtaking. It feels like a story, not just a song. Her facial expressions convey what she's feeling so well it's unreal. The lyricism and ambiguity of this song is top-notch, and the dance choreography is pristine and unsullied. She's critically underrated in my opinion, despite her innumerable hits. My favorite part of the video, in my opinion, was the beginning. The transition from the soft echo to the digressed studio version sent chills down my spine. She deserves everything the world has to offer and more.
Damn, this would've been a hit if it was released by someone like Ariana Grande. Tinashe keeps being slept on.
Tinashe cured us all of depression on valentines day & while giving us clear skin... we love a Queen
The fact that she isn't as successful as she truly deserves to be is the biggest pop injustice of the century.
Michele - blame her label
@@DennisCorrea87 Exactly.. Along with the media's attention, she deserves the clout.
@@DennisCorrea87 Exactly, blame the label and the media for not giving her the clout she deserves, i'm talkin bout ariana type of clout.
I sincerely believe in Tinashe supremacy. She brought us this undeniable in 2020 and two years later, I have not heard any other R&B or Pop track sound as smooth as this. It's giving 80s vibes with a swagger and freshness that I haven't heard since Janet Jackson's Control era. I hope Nashe knows how much her fans ride for her. I encourage everyone reading this to please BUY her albums. Let's support our faves and keep them encouraged.
Janet Jackson’s
You can see the heartbreak on her face it aged her it was in her eyes not in her tears. Hope there is no more heartbreak for this underrated baby girl.
The fact that she does this by herself ugh, genius
what do you mean she does this by herself?
ak163 it’s because she’s independent
This video has a director. And it's not her. Being independent doesn't mean she does everything by herself smh..
@@tsetgni5630 no but it means choosing who you want and feel will complete the work you want the best.
whatever
That’s what the last comment stated. You guys both said the same thing.
Tinashe is a *real* artist. It's a crime how overlooked she is.
The song is okay. The lyrics is too simple.
A CRIME!
@@itsbeyondme5560 it's a real pop song. The lyrics aren't supposed to be very deep. That's what pop songs are about 🙄
@@saaovic9862
No. No such thing as a "real"pop song, honey. 😝
Pop songs suppose to have meaning with "Good" lyrics. It makes the song good.
Sorry but the production and the lyrics are too simple. I listen to really excellent pop songs. This one is not cutting the cake.
Bigger crime than aaron gordon at the dunk contest
Just so freaking amazing
Fucking amazing ❤
It really saddens me that this beautiful song and album went unnoticed, but they love Nasty. Though Nasty is lovely Tinashe makes timeless heartfelt music! It needs to be appreciated.
When Save Room For Us & Stormy Weather are both nominated for Best Chorwography awards
This proves that no matter how good a song is , without good marketing and a big label's support it won't make it to the top and that's so sad for artists who really deserve everything
Also shows how really shitty music (ex. Anything Maroon 5 puts out nowadays) will get a lot of attention because of big labels and marketing
So true!
Agree
Also just shows that everyone else also prefers to listen to music that is kinda trash rather than this... (all the ones with millions and millions and millions of views)
Im super frustrated ive been watching this girl for years some needs to give this girl better management her talent isnt being promoted well enough
the choreography is insane
She’s my favorite female artist of all time. Best of the generation hands down. So multitalented
Did anyone else immediately start hearing Story of Us in your head after the video was over because that’s what comes next on the album lmao
Lol I meant to say yes.
YES LMAO
Every time I listen to save room for us lmao👌🏼
I did that would've been dope to Intertwine the two
Madison Townsend yesss lmfao
She's an independent female artist, she has so much talented and she is really a good dancer. She is just perfect and deserves much more😍❤ You're my Queen Tinashe👸🏻❤

there's tonnes of female artists.

Two years ago I discovered this song by chance and I loved it! Tin is very artistic ❤
They don’t dance in their videos like this anymore. She always gave me 00s vibe with her moves and videos. She’s doing IT
Guess you haven't seen a Ciara, Normani or Chris Brown videos. They do. It's just not too many
@@klynch572 Ciara is an amazing dancer but her vocals are nowhere near Tinashe's. Normani wants to be a popstar and her motivation video is kinda raunchy in some scenes. Chris is very good, but a lot of his songs are centered on big booty bi*ches and catching a fade.
Saa Ovic tinashe must have been influenced by Janet Jackson’s dancing style. This reminds me of pleasure principal from Janet.
He doesn't deserve you and he knows it. He did not leave you. God removed him. God Bless You! ♡♡♡

Tinashe has always been that girl
this is not just a song, this is masterpiece
I’m speachless...
She’s doing so much better than when she was signed and I applaud her for here work ethic and resilience ✨
So yall better give tinashe the love and the appreciation she deserves 🥺
Marnie Moo speechless :)
why are u lying to her this is so bad
I agree
The fact that she's an independent pop star is the reason why she have that delay of being on the top but my princess will have to be patient cause one day she will be undeniable and the crown will be hers and that's that
Immeler Cherubin FUCK*NG PERIOD ON GOD
PERIOD!💞
This song is so full of depth.. she outdone herself with this one.. thank Tinashe .. love from South Africa 🇿🇦
Tinashe is one of the most talented women of my generation. The only reason she was dropped from a certain record label and didn’t get bigger was because she didn’t sell her soul. Those who know, know.
Queen T
It's time EVERYONE gives Tinashe her things
This is a nice coordinated and emotional video. There is two videos of this song which is the Tokyo Visual video. I always feel that depending on how you sing a song with visuals that you are emoting a feeling. The Tokyo version felt more hopeful and she will keep doing her thing in life. It was fun, playful and visually beautiful. This video shows the sadness in her song/lyrics in the intensity of the dances and the way she looks into the camera. It is interesting on how she can show two different ways of feeling this song.
you get it ❣️💡 both videos are fucking fantastic
Beat: Tokyo Visual Video
Lyrics: Official Video
You hit it right on the nail!
HER VOICE IS LIKE HEAVEN
1:52 was incredible as a artist both the focus & the camera man that was so in sync.
HOLY FUCK THAT WAS SO COOL
The song is so Michael Jackson.
The video is so Janet Jackson.

Those close-ups of her face got me so emotional. 😢 This song has grown to be my top 3 favorites from the album, especially since I realized how much I relate to the words. 😪 LoVing this new visual, even though the Japan version is super cute! YES to the slight Janet vibe with the pinstripe suit. 🔥✨
StellarFaerie This is currently my favorite song right now. Watching her cry made me cry. I’ve always heard the emotion in the song as she sings the lyrics, but that is a whole different level.
The fact that she uploaded this on Valentine’s Day… HER MIND!!✨

aaron reed : She truly is! I didn’t know Tinashe before back in 2014, my husband played a song of hers & been loving her ever since!
