After holding onto some stress from yesterday, this helped so much! I could feel tightness in every position, my muscles gripping. Especially loved the spinal twist and bridge today. My body feeling a huge release, thank you!!😊❤

Thanks again for your videos! I’m now in my eighth month of daily yoga-with you! I’m truly enjoying it so much. Do you have a session on carpel tunnel? I have some issues with my thumb and wrist hurting when I do things like riding a bike. 😊
Once again, Tina, you assume a level of flexibility that many beginners and seniors do not have. I wish you could give those of us who, even at age 69, wish to increase our flexibility but at a true beginner's level. I would very much appreciate a routine that takes us less-bendy people into account. I cannot straighten my legs and still keep my hands flat on the ground, nor can I bend over in staff pose to reach my feet. I've been all over the internet looking for an absolute beginner's yoga program for true seniors who are very tight because we are just starting out or resuming yoga after a long time away. It's discouraging not to find a single so-called senior beginner routine and I'm sure I can't be the only one looking for it. I want something more than chair yoga because I want to stretch and BECOME more flexible. But every routine I encounter assumes a skill level which novices like me just don't have. I'm not overweight, and I walk a couple of miles every other day. But I want the flexibility that you exhibit. I don't know how to get there. That's what true beginners and seniors like me need.
