+Fluffy ふるるふぃ in my opinion the japanaese opening sucks, this song at least plays a homage to the megaman saga, and it really goes awesome with this game, the japanese song it's just that, a japanese song, nothing more
+Daniel96Z How does this song play a homage again? And if you can't understand Japanese, then I'm willing to bet it's because you can't understand the song or it's relevance to the series.
Infinite Zero Listen I don't need to understand japanese to hear the rythm in the song, the song doesn't match the tone of the series, is for weabos only. And how does this song play a homage to the series? The american opening is a remix from the Get Weapon theme from Megaman 3, and since this game was full of homages for the series and references and what not, this one has a more deeper meaning, I don't care the japanese song was sung by X's VA, doesn't change the fact the tone doesn't match with the series

Model A in the ZX timeline is 100% based of Axl
@@zkdelta8014 it isn't axel, albert said himself towards the end of mega man zx advent that model A was him.
@@heracrossz7701 I know that I'm just saying that it was inspired by Axl, I already knew that from playing ZXA the first time and a lot you guys really have to sound smart
@@zkdelta8014 ok sorry
While I think that the arguments are rather stupid and could just be avoided, it is surprising to see that they're about a game that isn't even X5 lmfao
holy....this is one epic intro and music combined altogether!
I can't get enough of this theme

An absolute BANGER
I remember playing Megaman X as a kid on the SNES with my best friend. My friend ended up buying Megaman X4 years later for the PS1 and we jumped back on the Megaman train. Eventually that led me to buy Megaman X5 months later and staying up all night trying to beat them. No strategy guides, no RUclips or internet, just 2 kids.. a whole bunch of snacks and tons of energy lol I eventually went back and played Megaman X2 and X3 a few years ago for the first time... but X, X4 and X5 will always hold a special place in my heart.
What a kickass intro! And I rarely say that...
I just feel if it was actually animated with a lot of these visuals then it would be 10 times better but this slideshow is iconic
Nostalgia en 3, 2, 1, :")
I'm going through my old playlists. Here I am again, remember playing this game when I was a kid.
“Doglas” still makes me burst out laughing.
I remember playing this on my PC way back in the early 2000's, the game just showed up one day and I booted it up
This shit used to get me so hype as a kid.
Brought me back to the VERY early 2000s and going from Chicago to Tuscon every summer and playing this at my gpa's house.
Good times
I start to get the feeling, that almost, if not half of my beloved childhood music came from MegaMan X5 or so, even tho I haven't played any of the official MegaMan games at all...
I do feel like missing something huge and mentally tearing up at the same time
Personally, i prefer this intro over the Japanese one.
Sometimes the American versions are best, we just have amazing music
+Daniel96Z
To add, the start of the song is a remix of the song which plays in X1 after zero sacrifices himself to destroy vile's armor.
I genuinely wish I could find a full-length version of Variable X done in the style at the beginning of this. It's beautiful.
This always and I mean always makes me cry.
Sweet weekend morning childhood nostalgia ♥
American version: the song matches with what's currently being showed on the slides
Japanese version: monki
One simply does not skip this beautiful masterpiece.
X3 Zero’s theme and this are iconic.
I want to thank my older relatives for introducing me to this game when I was young
It's 2017 and this is still one of my favorite intro's in gaming.
This was meant to be the end of the X saga.
it was but capcom put 3 shitty x game 6 to 8 to consume canon event timeline to megaman zero, zx and magaman legend.
what a garbage end it would've been
Luved this tune playing this when I was 25 in 2003 gave me one hell of a challenge one of longest Mega Man X games out there there a sneak glimpse and preview of this on the first Mega Man X near the end of the game brings back some memories! :)
OH LORD THE NOSTALGIA
Ps1 days will never be matched or surpassed
Indeed!!
One of the best games ive played as a child
Definindo essa opening em uma palavra: Saudade.
Matheus Mello eu jogo até hoje
@Vitor Gusmao tamo junto irmao :D
