@@pacochihuahua77I've been literally saying that for years now. Just some of his habits definitely lean to him being on the spectrum.
I'm aware of Link's history with knives... but I still can't believe how he basically shredded those steaks and made it look like it had been macerated.
The fork on the plate was easily forgotten after watching him cheese grater those steaks.
He plays his role quite well.

It was most likely a compound butter that Ruth's used on the steak at the end of the preparation just before serving with parsley and possibly other herbs.
@@wakemiamigreatagain it's just regular butter and parsley, they put it on right as the steak is plated so that it melts and sizzles all the way to the table. Some of the sides and appetizers at Ruth's use compound butter, but aside from the occasional seasonal item the steaks do not.

I have worked at both restaurants, and I definitely prefer the sides at Fleming's over Ruth's. Their spicy creamed corn is a side I make several times a year at home.
Frequent both , Flemings start with better beef. End with better beef. Everything else is subjective. Steak wise, Fleming’s everyday.
Best thing at Ruth’s are the apps as someone who worked there. The newer crab stack is incredible

The one time I was lucky enough to eat at Ruth’s Chris, it was easily the best steak I’d ever eaten in my life, but for a 3-person meal was $315 - I doubt I’ll ever be going again in my life, but it was a very memorable experience, and that 500 degree plate really makes an amazing difference
We have Ruth's here and not Fleming's, but I've never eaten there because it's so terrifyingly expensive! I would never even think to try it!
My favorite Ruth's Chris meal is lobster bisque, porterhouse for two, crimini mushrooms, veal Osso Buco ravioli, and chocolate sin cake. Porterhouse is by far their best steak.

We need to see Gugafoods make Rhett and Link a dry aged steak for 21 days and a wet aged steak.
Why? They have Josh, Nicole and the rest of the crew that are very capable of making aged steaks. Guga doesn't do anything so special that the Mythical Kitchen can't do the same. In fact, I would say that the mythical kitchen crew makes much more complex dishes than Guga on a regular basis.

Went to Flemings over in Charlotte and they messed up my food so bad. They mistook “medium rare” for well done. Then wanted to give me a gift card after he already knew we were on vacation and never seen a flemings before. Was such a bad experience for such an expensive steakhouse.

They're a step up from Texas Roadhouse (which is a step up from Outback to me,) but they're still very much chain places in terms of quality.
