- I'm back with with an update on my now 5 month old yorkie puppy! As a first time dog mom, these past few months have been ROUGH but also very rewarding! I hope I've answered most of the frequently asked questions!

My Yorkie is 5 months old as well. She's a party yorkie. I took her to the dog park and she loved it. Shes also crate trained and knows 8 commands so far. Thank you for sharing info about your fur baby. Enjoy the journey. I know it will be a good one.
How many pounds is your York pup at 7months? I’m getting mine in a few weeks and is very excited
I lost my Yorkie last 9/7 and is still hurting so much, he stayed with me for 13 years and half. I’m devastated. This coming Sunday I am gonna pick up my new puppy, Yorkieshire are the best breed ever ❤️

Thank you for your transparency. Our pups are really close in age. My Zoey was born in October. Definitely a lot of work and very stubborn. Ivy seems very calm. I’m so thankful for your update I am always curious how other pups behave.

I got my yorkie puppy at 9 weeks old, she is going to turn 12 weeks, she is so sweet. she weighs 4.5 pounds

Yorkies are cute. My first yorkie turned me away from the breed. I may get another one day. He just barked a lot, was high energy ALL the time even after hiking trail walks, didn’t take well the go potty training and had seizures. He definitely had small dog syndrome. He was too much for me. I wish I took him to dog training asap instead of waiting. Your dog came from a better breeder than mine definitely.
She is pretty, I’ve got a Yorkie, my son raises them, and I know what you mean about all the work and patience it takes to care for them! I got mine at 7 weeks her name is Maggie, and for the first month she kept me so busy, she is so spoiled, I Love her but she can drive me crazy sometimes. Good luck with Ivey she is so adorable!

I have a question about the puppy pet that you put in the create. Do you feel it’s helped Ivy? I was thinking about getting one but wasn’t sure. Thank you for your videos and insight as it’s been helpful to me on what to look for and expect possibly with our new son.
The crate definitely works! I made sure it’s super cozy for her and don’t put her in there to discipline her because I didn’t want her to associate it with it being a bad place. I call it her home so when it’s time for her to go to bed I tell her to “go home”. I also use her crate when I just need a break, she doesn’t always like it and will cry for a second but always calms down. & thank you for watching my videos 💗
@@NaturallySprinkles thanks for the quick reply. That’s good I say get in your house with me others that I have. I was speaking off the puppy stuffed toy. Has that you think helped her.
@@scottsuriej0708 LOL oops sorry! Yes the snuggle puppy helped tremendously I had a few people I know rave about it and decided to just spend that money and Ivy loved it she did not wake up in the middle of the night at all

Hi! Nope since she’s fully trained to use the bathroom outside I allow her to stay out when I’m not home including while at work. I will be posting an update in a few days. Congratulations on your new puppy! 💗
How much was she and did you adopt?
I paid $2,000 for her and bought her from small breeder who only breeds her family dogs.

@@greenglitterheartn4228 I hear a lot of people saying you can adopt them. I adopted a German shepherd when he was 8 humane societySociety(which I was told was rare to find because he was healthy) He passed away 10/19/21 and now a pitbull cane Corso mix from our local SPCA when he was 2 months, a toy HavaPoo (4 months and we paid way more for her then the yorkie.
I have NEVER seen a yorkie at my local SPCA or Humane Society. So it’s not that easy to find one to adopt. My husband is now getting a yorkie this week. He’s the runt of the littler at just 1/2lb and he will be 3 months old 7/19/22. I think this is why a lot of people don’t answer when people ask how much did they pay for their dogs. This yorkie is something my husband wanted and he works HARD for his money so he can have it. Oh we also have three other designer dogs small breeds that are 14,14, and 12. I saw get what makes you happy. Something one person wouldn’t pay money for another would vs versa. To each his own.
