Lots of FUN travel and theme park papers!!! GREAT idea to use the hanging storage in the closet for projects!!! I'm always looking for ideas on how to organize projects. Although I don't have any destash efforts underway, I tend to reevaluate my stash when I put away new purchases.
I love watching your purge videos. I did a major purge not too long ago, so right now I just keep a purge box that I put stuff in as I come across it. I just need to learn to put stuff away when I am done creating 😂 I realize I am a piler! My poor hubby absolutely hates it 😂😂
It is a challenge to get stuff put away! I’m very much the same… and it’s ok to be a piler! 😂. At least until the pile topples… that’s my sign it has to be dealt with. 😳😬🙄~Melanie
Nice video. Congratulations on finishing the paper purge. (That you know of) 😁, I bet it is nice to say you have room to put your papers and not have them in the closet anymore. You will have to do a room tour when you are done. I am still sorting my 1940’s/earlier junk journal items. I am putting 1950’s and on up, into a bin and storing them elsewhere. I don’t use them that often. I like the older stuff. It started off from me trying to find ephemera for my journal and I got fed up with going through a stack of unneeded stuff before finding what I wanted. I really don’t have to room to micro organize, but I am trying it anyway.
The struggle with micro organization and constantly refining how things are organized. It’s a never ending battle isn’t it? It feels good to have the closet done… but don’t let this fool you… my room is a war zone. I don’t think I’m completely done…. I had a peak in some bins 😳 but you’ll see that next week. ~Melanie
So the record sleeves I bought off of Amazon. amzn.to/4b3Xh0T and the “other” sleeves I think you are referring to are the ones where I said “I hope it fits” or something like that… those are just 12x12 page protectors that I cut the holes off of. They will hold a fair amount but are slightly smaller than the record sleeves so won’t hold as much. Hope that helps. ~Melanie
Not sure if you’ll see my comment on the original posters. The record sleeves I get from Amazon. amzn.to/4b3Xh0T. And any other sleeves I mention are just 12x12 page protectors with the holes cut off. ~Melanie
Love that you’ve been enjoying these. I did find another pocket of cardstock and I do have a couple of more things to keep you (and me) going for a bit. And I definitely need to go through more of my stash so there will be more… I think 🙄😳~Melanie
Travel paper makes me giddy, I would have a major anxiety attack trying to decide what stays and what goes...it would probably all stay!
Watching you sort is very therapeutic 😊
Thanks Kathy … ~Melanie
Love these papers! Nice purge, too! 😂
Thanks Pat! ~Melanie

You are an inspiration to me to get to that point where I can assess as I go along. Maybe someday 😬~Melanie

Thanks Nancy. Good luck! ~Melanie
Fun purge! I am at a 4 day crop watching this! 😀❤
I am so jealous! A FOUR day crop! Hope you have a creatively crafty time! ~Melanie
Hi Melanie, can you post a link as to what kind of sleeves you use besides the record sleeves?
Yes would love a link as well!

I don’t want you to be done!maybe you could go through your stickers? Or something else. Or buy a bunch more new paper!

Same here… it’s not the declutterring, it’s just looking at all the pretty paper!
