    How to find such people who can challenge you and give precious advice to you ? And especially when you are not privileged enough to study in colleges like IITs but rather you are surrounded by tier 3 local engineering college students which don't have any aim in there life. How do you find that passion in your life when you don't have the surrounding where you can explore your own self, but you instead are just forced to study 40 years old syllabus and give 75% attendance ? How can a person like this work with people like Mohan Sir and get inspired ?

    • @ChetChat101
      @ChetChat101  6 лет назад +1

      Jatin, thanks for watching and for your question. Like Mohan said, study hard, and get to better and better worlds. He moved from IIT to Berklee and Stanford later, all coming from a very small lower middle class household, on the back of his hard work

    • @mohanlakhamraju689
      @mohanlakhamraju689 6 лет назад +5

      Dear Jatin, first, accept that it is your responsibility to make things happen and someone else is not going to magically do it for you. Second, it may take persistence and hard work. There are many amazing companies and organisations in India now that you can try and get into where you will meet inspiring people. You may not start at a place where you want to or even deserve to be, but you can get started. Believe me, today there is such a demand for sincere and hardworking talent that it will not stay hidden for long and before you know it, you’ll find yourself on the path you want to be. Sandy Weill, EC-Chairman of Citibank and a self made billionaire, started his career as an office boy (runner as they were then called) at Bear Stearns. The key is to start taking one step at a time without feeling self pity for yourself. My very best wishes to you.

    Hi #ChetChat and Mohan Sir, I came to this video after watching one of the CHETCHAT's video on what to do after 10th standard(my research for career guidance app). You really inspired me. I realize i have convinced 20+ smart people with my idea and i truely believe in it..I need help in my research as i am working as data analyst at CITI and dont have enough time. So could you suggest me if i should leave my job for my idea or take time and do research and launch this app side by side???

    Loved this interview, very relevant and worthwhile. Just wanted to ask Mohan if he feels an MBA is really necessary for understanding the core values of business , revenue generation and finance or you can just work for an organization or you own business and learn along the way?
