Кое-что понятно: маринует дайкон, проращивает маш, лепешки рисовые - мука, крахмал вода, обжаривает арахис, водоросли отваривает, нарезает - огурец, морковь, лук. Только маленькие беленькие штучки непонятно, какие-то корешки. Варит какие-то бобы, с перцем чили и чесноком.

I found out that the bean sprouts you grow yourself taste delicious compared to the commercial ones which are bland, goes limp easily with quick cooking, lacking crunch and flavorless so I encourage everyone to grow them yourself. You just have to plan ahead.
