  • Well, it happened. Shocked when showering. Not the first thing that comes to mind when you clean up. The shower head here in Brazil is also the water heater. There are three settings, blazing hot, no heat and spring refreshing heat. Regardless of the heat you choose, they are both blazing hot. Not to well regulated. These shower heads are wired or plugged into a 220v outlet just above the shower head as you can see here. While I was showering the little hose popped off and a solid stream of water with 220v volts WHACKED me in the right arm. Pretty surprised. Anyhow, here I test it to show you how powerful the electricity is. Enjoy. ‪@PipeDoctor‬ ‪@Leonus19‬ ‪@HaraldBaldr‬

You brought a sniffer (I'll give you that) AND a volt meter with you to Brazil? That's the most Dad move in history. I salute you 🙏

If tht happens it's a broken element those showerheads are fine if wired correctly and maintained. But let's be honest where you find them especially if it's a bnb/rental ya caution ⚠️ is advisable lol and they are 120v you can do 240 if you know how
