  • Nobody has built anticipation for a startup launch better than Clubhouse. Today we are going to learn how to implement the same strategies for building anticipation with an email list and how to start marketing your application before you write the first line of code.

After seeing this video, I think would be a good idea to start with a landing page (blog) to get those early adopters and ask them what they want as features in the app, validate your feature list, and perhaps take a decision with the selection for the MVP.

Vadim, thank you for very inspiring videos! I especially liked your point about not overdoing it before you know that you have a market fit. It's easy to get trapped in the feeling that if you don't perfect your app enough it will become a failure because of that. But I think you have a good point, that you need to put your feelings to the side and "look at the data" before you make big investments of time or money. Looking forward to the rest of the start-up challenge videos!

Where do you build Dev team if you have vision and marketing but no talent with tech other than destroy hardware and software?
