I had extreme nausea and vomiting throughout both pregnancies. It became a bit better around 20 weeks each time. But I had to take Doxylamine Succinate and B6 the entire pregnancies or else it came back.
I often have mild versions of these systems during and after my ovulation window along with increased vestibular systems.

I have been diagnosed with vestibular migraine and ordered The Dizzy Cook book. Nice to hear a conversation about the diet. Thank you.

How long do you eliminate everything before you start adding back the individual item?

Having dealt with vestibular migraines for a decade, I only found out that this has been vestibular migraines this entire time about three months ago. It's gotten so bad to the point where I'm blacking out, losing vision in my left eye, seeing auras, and rocking so bad I can't even stand. I vomit every day from vertigo. I feel no hope. I'm also only 33 and I've survived two heart attacks this year and have asked about vestibular migraine medications and have been denied as I'm at heart risk. So I have 0 hope and purpose to live anymore and am at the end of the road as I've tried everything. I don't want to die, but I may just have to put myself out of my misery

Try to eliminate caffeine both coffee and tea. Drink ginger tea instead or ginger candy, etc.
Avoid chocolate, Citrus, nuts, avocado, alcohol, cheese, msg.
Follow a Mediterranean diet. Avoid Stress, sleep deprivation, rain (Bariatric pressure), light changes.
      Hope this helps.
