Desculpe Caju10jose. In all the books that I have from Brazil, and even the musicians you hear on this video, they say the composer of this tune is named Fon-Fon. His real name was Octaviano Romeiro. He was a Brazilian saxophonist and composer. He had an orchestra named, "Fon-Fon and his Orchestra". He lived from

Fon-Fon also was a tango Brasileiro written by Nazareth in 1913.
As I have been told, Fon-Fon is/was a Portuguese way of making the sound of the horns of the old time cars of that era.
