    CAN YOU RECORD MORE VIDEOS LIKE THIS???
    I loved this modest workout AND IM SO GLAD THAT i found it in the midst of all wordly workouts on youtube!! did it already 5 times in last short period and today my husband and 3 year old son 😅😊 did it together with me. My husband also felt the benefits of the training and son was very excited and followed every move you did.
    we were glad to find the only modest video, because we are Christians and we don't want to watch worldly videos that spread fornication and impurity. We were always sport type throughout our lives, but in recent years (we are both 29) only recreationally to maintain our health and form, and I would really appreciate it if you recorded another similar training session so we can watch it and workout from home!

    Great workout ladies!! I'm a 64 year old man who exercises regularly. I've gotten through this workout several times WITHOUT taking any of the easy ways. If I can do it, so can you. God bless.

    Hi, i want to put out there a question…
    would y’all be able to make a video where it is some what like Hiit work out? (High intensity interval training)
    As a busy mom of littles some times I have only 20-30 min to work out. I try to do it in front of my kids.. hoping they will do what mama does some day. ..to be a good example to them. I usually end up doing a 20 minute hiit WO from YT. But I pick a man’s channel bc he is fully clothed. It would be nice for my girls to see fully clothed godly women working out too. Could y’all make a 20 min work out? Or 30?

    Ok, I’m 53 and not done aerobics since college.. ie. 30 years ago 😳 I made it to the end.. but it was tough!!!
    I need more cool down and stretching before I’m done, but THANK YOU, for getting me back into a full body workout! And somewhat gently at that. 🙂 I also greatly appreciate seeing you ladies in skirts… wouldn’t have thought it possible, had I not seen it with my own eyes! Not sure where to find such a skirt though. What type of material is it? Thanks again ladies and sister Barbara for making this available for us!!!
    I’m very interested to look at that breakfast recipe too 😃. God bless you all in your service for the King!!

The skin is one of the organs of elimination so showering after a workout is a smart idea to remove the toxins.

    Great video, outfit and explanation of proper health and exercises! But when it comes to praying, shouldn’t it be done upon the knees? Ellen white rebuked people in her day for standing in prayer..
    One who has been educated for about five years in Battle Creek was asked to lead in prayer before Sister White should speak to the people. But as I beheld him standing upright upon his feet while his lips were about to open in prayer to God, my soul was stirred within me to give him an open rebuke. Calling him by name, I said, “Get down upon your knees.” This is the proper position always." -Notebook Leaflets from the Elmshaven Library, vol. 1, Page 119

      We believe that different circumstances require different attitudes.
      Because we were not in a formal church setting, we felt it appropriate to stand reverently and bow our heads that we may have a short and to- the- point prayer with our viewers. We agree that reverence to God in prayer is always important. The best posture is to kneel, but is it necessary to kneel at EVERY prayer? Formal church prayers and private prayers in the prayer closet should involve kneeling, yes. But, there are prayers that are appropriate to be done standing. There are examples in the Bible to support this. Luke 18:9-14 involve the pharisee and the publican's prayers in the temple. Neither one was kneeling. We know the publican left the temple justified. God heard his prayer. In Nehemiah 9:1-6, the leaders and the people prayed together and stood. In Nehemiah 2:1-5, Nehemiah darts up a quick prayer to God when the King asks him a question. In John 11:41-43, Jesus prays to His Father in Heaven, He lifted up His eyes. In Luke 23:46, Jesus prays to God while on the cross. He couldn't kneel, but He knew that God heard Him. In 1 Thessalonians 5:17, it says, "pray without ceasing." This means to be attuned to God throughout the day. It's constant communion with the Lord throughout the day. We wouldn't get anything done if on the knees all day praying. Singing to God is a prayer, as well as being joyful. God bless you!

      @@LivingSpringsRetreat Precious brethren, thank you for your response and I do agree that there is certain circumstances that when you pray you can stand or even sit down. For example, when you are driving, running or if you have a medical issue. Secondly, I do agree we can praise and pray throughout the day not just morning and evening; while we are doing the dishes, during our work day, even during our workouts, but there are certain circumstances even outside of private prayer and church, like a video such as yours in which we are given the opportunity to be an example to others by getting on our knees to pray before starting especially since you are taking the time to publicly pray and are not just sending up a prayer in your minds. Thirdly, when you are asking the Lord to bless something, in this case the workout, prayer should be done on the knees because anything can happen during it; heart attack, sprained ankle, cramps, etc. and you are completely capable of getting on your knees during this time or else you wouldn’t be doing the workout. Finally, what about when you have Bible studies at home with other brethren, do you kneel or sit and pray before starting? The scripture that you gave seems to be taken out of context. Luke 18:9-14-This is a parable that Jesus was giving to illustrate the dangers of self righteousness and looking down upon others. It didn’t happen literally. If Jesus was ok with them standing in prayer, why would he tell his disciples not to be like the Pharisees standing in prayer on the streets and in the synagogues in Matthew 6:6? Nehemiah 9:1-6-If you look at the Strong’s concordance for the phrase “and stood” in v2 It doesn’t mean to literally stand. They were getting ready to preparing themselves, standing fast as they just confessed their sins. They didn’t actually stand until they read the book of the law. Nehemiah 2:1-6-It doesn’t say if Nehemiah stood, sat down or kneeled. John 11:41-43-The scriptures do not state whether Jesus kneeled or stood. Luke 23:46-He obviously couldn’t kneel here. I encourage you to pray about the matter, for if we are led to pray publicly and given an opportunity to kneel in the situation such as you are in and are able. Why wouldn’t we? ❤️
