Pro tip… drop your W down when cannon minion wave is dying under your turret to heal back up. The +% healing from W and your passive = quite a lot of healing difference. You can heal back up to full really easy with just your W and minions dying.

You know what also makes a good Mythic on Trundle? Riftmaker.
Even if after building it you get no more AP at all and go full AD or Tank or whatever, it just adds a bunch of stats that are all really useful on him. Plus, the 9% True Damage effect makes him excel at prolonged engagements even more than he already does.
Thats not even troll. While the AP isnt suitable for Trundle, the HP, the omnivamp and the 9% True damage, which will proc really fast on him due to the slow and high attack speed, he might as well become near unkillable
I play 'press r you die' trundle in aram with riftmaker/demonic embrace. You are useless 90% of the time but when your R is up you get to choose someone to automatically die to the longest duration and highest damaging DoT in the game. No it's not the most effective thing but it's stupid funny and people always get pissed off when you run up to tower, press r and run away and their hp melts to nothing usually followed by '???????? WTF?' in chat lmao.
Since they destroyed the highest damaging/scaling bleed ability in the game (udyr's old kit Q) trundle has been my go to for stupid DoT's/Bleeds. Old Udyr Q used to do about 30% more dmg than talon bleed, was usable without any conditions and spammable. RIP. I fucking despise what they did to udyr I wish he got his bleed back.

This reminds me of a recent Aram game I had there was a Gragas who only built aegis of the legion, no boots. He didn’t get any kills but he didn’t die either he just stood there just out of range of the turret, and would dance and throw barrels
One semi-troll item stacking build that I do is triple Fairy Charm on support Nami. Unlimited W-spam is basically Warmog's passive for both you and your adc for only 750 gold.
y'know this might be the first "forbidden" build that I actually think should be illegal.
I loved playing trundle support. Really tempted to do this down there again. IDK if it would be good though.
It'll be mighty hard to heal off minions with damage dealt but maybe

@@Pernit my girlfriend and I did Trundle ADC with Neeko support. Works fantastically with any CC support
Try Urgot with Grasp,shield bash,2nd wind,revita and overheal+bloodline. Items start cull+potion -> Phage + boots (and doran blade if needed), then heartsteel , Sterak's Cage and Titanic Hydra. That's the build there's room for 2 more items, but there's so many options it depends of the game what to add for last. You probably wont even read this, but if you do thanks. :)

edit: revitalize, the flower rune on the resolve tree, it boosts lifesteal as well. its a heal after all.

I love Trundle. He is so buildable, his Q ultra damage on-hit is perfect for a full Lifesteal + his W giving him heal and atkspeed. I also love to go full cocaine Trundle (attack speed). He is probably a great tank if you use the ult to scale with tank items, and if you go Heartsteel you get a super duper Q.
My fav would be combining lifesteal and on-hit items like rageblade.
What are some other champs that would be good with this exact build?

You could do this with the updated mythics and build Riftmaker + BotRK + BT + Ravenous Hydra + Shieldbow, probably on Nasus or someone that could use the AP from Rift

Mathematically the optimal number would be 3 vampiric scepter, then BoRK.
Beside the 3x lifesteal spike this allows free slots to build into new items easier, less hoarding.

tip your q is the strongest slow in the game always go for q over the auto attack when chasing someone down, also your pillar procs bone plating, gg another great video as always
I'd love to see CDR Nilah with Lifesteal. The new mythic Navori Quickblade with Essence Reaver, Ravenous Hydra, Bloodthirster, and Shieldbow? Conqueror instead of lethal tempo. See if she works with no more than maybe a berserker's greaves for AS.
Is there a champ you could win on without ever leveling up any abilities? Only auto attacks? If not, only leveling up one or two abilities to level 1?

I think you can use pillar to stop his ult. Hit him right when he's about to smack his ult in your direction
