    AmyotrPHIC not amyotropic
    Just a little observation.
    União presentation is a lot with bulbar signs
    Toes do not curl. This is not babinsky. Babinsky is the extension of the toe when you strike plantar lateral skin of the foot
    Viruses can induce auto immunity

      Hello,
      Thanks for the kind words, I think it might be a bit of a language barrier, but I did mention toes curling is the expected response and if Babinski is present, the toes will splay.
