Resetting the counters
The chronograph hands may need to be reset if they are not in the 12 o’clock position at rest. If necessary, proceed as follows:
★Pull the crown out to position 1
*Press push UP button to select the hand to reset
- the selected hand will turn through a complete revolution.
*Press push DOWN button to move the hand to the correct position
- 12 o'clock precisely.
*Press push UP button to select the next hand;
Follow the same procedure for the 3 hands;
★Push the crown back into position 0 to exit reset mode.

Bro pls help me my timex watch second big hand stops after one hour then I press the upper right button then it starts again pls tell a way so it cant be stop after every 1 hour

Honestly Tissot quality is very poor, after fixing the reset, look at those misalignment hands. I have the automatic version of this watch and same problem, the hands are not properly alignment, that should not happen at that price point, not even in the quartz version!. And some pople think Tissot is a luxury brand and that's really funny.
