Truffles are absolutely beautiful, I remember I was at this fancy grocery store in the deli section and was looking at all the cheeses and I was eyeing this black truffle cheese, then one of the guys behind the counter noticed me eying it and straight up said "You wanna try it?" and I looked at him with probably the widest, goofiest smile and said "Yes please!". He got me a slice and I immediately popped it into my mouth and my god it was GLORIOUS. The truffle and the sharpness of the cheese mingled in this beautiful symphony of sharp cheesiness and mellow mushroom flavor.
