Have you considered leveling a pirate only in open crew, swabbie to pirate legend only on a galleon that way you can still invite people like green, death or Isaac but there's always a high possibility of shenanigans because the open crew.

Open Crew is such a good way to meet new people. I have met people randomly on open crew and have played with them for several weeks, and some are still going to this day😊😊😊

It was clearly their first time playing the game and they didn't like how Hitbo was treating them... and it's not like Rose was being toxic either, Hitbo just singled them out for no reason. I hope this is a one-time error in judgement on Hitbo's part.
Yeah I think he just got caught up in the moment, having a blast with open crew. In fairness, Rose was being a pretty good sport about it, even in the end when he quit. Had that “give your buddy some lighthearted crap” vibe. But I agree it ended up being a tad much for the poor dude just starting out. All in good fun though! 🤷🏻♂️

I have birds in my house.. the guy that owns the birds really made me freak out a bit😂 first it wondered if it was me, than i thought my mic was activated somehow.. I had to walk to another room to find out he owns birds. Love to all birdlovers❤
Hitbo, I know you're all about the content, but you could have lifted the veil for Rose for at least a second just to let him know this was all in good fun and he's a great sport. Treating literal first time players with tough RP is pretty much always disheartening for them. Hope he keeps playing the game. Still love you Hitbo, but damn.

New ps5 player here.... I love open crew... First 2 days I was in safer seas only.. Then decided to go to high seas but closed session or with a buddy.... Now.. unless I have a crew ready I only go open crew... Met some awesome people already... ( and some not so awesome but only a few ) Honestly never thought I would like this game as much as I do
I’ve recently been playing more open crew, most swabbies have no idea what to think of my PvP curses and I tend to give them a gentle introduction to PvP steadily welcoming them to the hourglass, we end up winning a fair few games too!

Open crew is either fun stuff like this or a quiet crew who sits at the outpost. It can always be funny though, especially when you meet people who you’ve met previously
