Mojave ghost is perfect for a hot summer day just out and about, a lightly flowered cactus... Gypsy water is a toss up for me, gotta be in a mood for it, it is good though.... I would also recommend "Eyes Closed" for an east coast, fall season, the spices are captivating
An unsweetened vanilla option to check out for those types of people is “vanilla vibes” by Juliette has a gun. It’s like a salty, dry vanilla perfect for the beach and doesn’t smell sweet at all
I agree with you about Mojave Ghost not lasting. If you get the body creme and layer it, it will last all day. If you add in the body wash, that affords even more lasting power. Due to the high cost of the fragrance, however , one shouldn't have to buy additional products to get lasting power.
So, there was a limited edition collab between Ouai and Byredo a year or two ago to make a mojave ghost leave in conditioner, and I snatched that up so hard the second I saw it. No regrets
Mojave Ghost is amazing!! Hard to describe it, just one of those scents you have to experience - the fragrance is an experience itself. Personally I dont understand Gipsy Water, not that it´s bad, but to me the performance is too bad for that price point.
The moment to said hotel lobby fragrance I immediately pictured walking into the lobby at my hotel in Guam 2 years ago and I can imagine exactly what gypsy water smells like lol!

Love this review!! I have gypsy water and really like it it’s recently been more vanillic on me but generally love the aquatic fresh clean scent to it
I love mojave ghost so much it only lasts a few hours though. I also really like Blanche, la tulip, inflorescence

Yes Melissa, both are good smelling fragrances but they sometimes become skin scent after a few hours.
Very pleasant scent but it lasts less 15 minutes on the skin or clothes. I even tried wearing it on a scent free body lotion. Definitely returning it.

That's Tyla's perfume. Pretty weird she also uses it to layer with other scents. Things move in trends - i can see it now.
