This was a stretch that I desperately needed. I'm dealing with an anterior tilted pelvis; from my tight hip flexors and weak glutes, which is causing some severe lower lumbar pain. This was instant relief, thank you so, so much for this.
I've got quite bad anterior pelvic tilt as well, but my back pain is slightly higher up behind my ribcage next to my spine. This strange feeling sometimes radiates down to my lower back, and sometimes feels a bit itchy, but it starts especially when I am using my back muscles such as standing for a long period of time and using my hands (activating the back muscles more). I don't know if it is definitely because of APT or if it just muscle weakness. My back is usually feeling tight when I feel it.
I have to tell you that last night was the first night I have slept without pain in a very long time you are so amazing how you explain And define the muscles. You don’t assume that were doctors and that we understand everything. This is a breath of fresh air! When you show us the muscles in different colored bands, explaining to us exactly what’s happening i knew I found the answers u was looking for, I’ve had hip pain for many many many years. which stretching hip flexor muscles, pre ride and post riding , exercises should I do for my bicycling activities. cyclists have a great problem with short hip flexor muscles.
How do you feel about hanging to heal supraspintis tendonosis? My collar bone shifted slightly when I fell directly on my right side playing soccer and i ignored the pain for years then it affected my right shoulder. I have perfect mobility (I think because I workout) but avoid shoulder press, lat arm raises etc because I will be in pain the next day.
I felt a great stretch thank you. Now, being an avid golfer the hips are an important part of the swing I feel my hips are a little slow. I know this when I do my burpee excersise I find it difficult to bring my feet under me and stand from a push-up position. Any tips for that? Thank you.
I’ve been dealing with tight hip flexors / psoas problems for over 15 years. Stretching, releasing, nothing rids me of it. Now causing proximal hamstring tendinopathy. I don’t have snapping hip syndrome but can feel and hear internal clicking where my psoas attaches to my spine
I have been suffering from piriformis and sciatica for 2 years. The pain is excruciating when I sit. Doing stretches aggravates the sciatica I'm in physical therapy but it's not helping. Please help

they do have tight hip flexors! Do most of your intense stretching and fascial release work after you workout/ride.

Daily is fine. If you are sore the following day, then skip a day.

Will the second part of the second stretch further irritate a strained hamstring?
It could I guess. Let pain be your guide. Try it and if it feels uncomfortable on your hamstring, don't do it.

what if your leg cant go perpendicular?
Not exactly sure what you are referring to. However, I would do the best you can or skip that particular movement if it feels uncomfortable.
