Hey Ralph Bob The Mechanic!, so glad that you posted today. I got a serious question to ask you (because you're a mechanic, and you are a Honda guy); my cousin has a 2019 CRV the base model (LX), they told him to use fully synthetic oil ONLY on the oil change, is that true? This was at one of the Oil Quick Change shop's. Or can he use regular oil (convention oil)??
Nooo don’t use regular use full synthetic all the new cars use very thin oil for fuel economy and they r build for think oil

I work for an oil distributing company and I can assure you that the Honda dealerships only add full synthetic to the newer cars. Hondas 2010 and older they use the synthetic blend.

I’ve got a 09 flex with a cylinder 5 misfire, so if I pull the coil pack connector and the engine doesn’t change it’s a bad coil pack?
Yup that is the test and u found the cylinder not working how ever it could be plug cylinder injector but do the basic plug and coil
Can I rewire the harness for cylinder 6?
Yes u can
Mine just started flashing
Yup scan the car for codes and see which cylinder is misfiring do tune up and coil
