Hi! Great video thank you! Question, in the free verison Ive created a template and added an image and I cannot remove the image, can you help.
You should be able to edit the template, click on the image and delete. Did that work for you?

How can I resize an image added in the mail for a template?
If it's the drag and drop template, you should be able to resize on the left hand side of the screen in the edit panel.

Thank you for your video. I'm just setting up my hub spot and the question I have is- can I delete a template if it's not what I want and will this " count" as one of my 5? Thanks
+TheSliverleaf yes, you should be able to delete one and then create a new one as long as you don’t exceed 5 total.

why do error keep occuring when i want to send emails or sometimes it says invalid email or name

and my team leader made template for me to use but i can't see it in my end
@@sarahhaber4185 For templates, first make sure that they are marked as "shared" and not private.
If that's done, then you should be able to see it. UNLESS your team leader has the level of HubSpot where they get multiple templates, and if you only have the free version you can only see the first 5 templates ever created in the system. That's kind of a bummer. So, if that's the case, you'd need to upgrade your seat to at least sales starter to see/use it.
@@sarahhaber4185 Not sure what that error might be without seeing it. We'd suggest contacting HubSpot support directly inside of your portal (lower right hand area of the screen there is a "help" button that can eventually get you to support)
Hi, but is it possible to build a template with a logo with a free account as in Mailchimp or it's possible to choose a professional template to send just with a payment account?
HubSpot provides a set of pre-designed templates in the free version of Marketing Hub.
