Hello I have a question. So I’m interested in buying a fight box to use on my Xbox one ( on Amazon none of them have xbox listed as a ‘compatible ‘ platform. They only have fight boxes for pc,ps3,ps4 and ps5. So if I use any one of these adapters will it work with no issues? Please I do need some information if u have any I greatly appreciate it for hearing me out.

But the adapters I use put the links in the description says Xbox One on them so should work but check the comments and description on Amazon for each product listed
If you go with a Haute42 or a Duelpad you will put the pad in Xbox mode not Xinput mode if you get the magic boot adapter

If we connect a dualsense controller to the haute pad on the sideport instead of the converter , would it work on ps5 (this method works on some arcade sticks ) ?
I haven't tried it on PS5 yet

When I plug in my magicboots in my haute42 t13 it doesn't turn on but when I plug it into other devices it does is it a faulty USB port on my haute or do I have to mess around with the settings?
@@shadowreap3r6 the MagicBoot should light right up if your in PS5 mode and you press home on your pad

Regarding the MAGPS4 converter. A few reviews said that there was an update making the converter timeout after 8 minutes. Is that true or is it still working for you?
I have a few of them and I use them out the box no update and have no issues

Does the magic boots still work with the Haute 42 or do you get the 8 min timeout? I i am thinking of getting the T16.. i also saw a custome review comment on amazon for the magic boot where the person said that they get the 8 min timeout using the magic boot...this comment was made April 21 2024..Thanks
I use it when I stream on all my pads with USB passthrough with no issues in PS5 mode
I have had times where I get the timeout but this is rare i just unplugged the cord plugged back in and no issues

When I plug in my Mayflash X adapter into my haute g16 it flash green and blue and doesn’t seem to work. My g16 is up to date and in Xbox one mode
SOLUTION: Plug Mayflash into your haut42, hold down your Xbox startup button on your haut42, plug in your usb to the console while still holding down the button. Wait till it pairs
Make sure your Mayflash is up to date on firmware that may be the issue also
Also join the discord group very active group

So I have the haute 42 and I’m plugging it into my ps5 (with the magic boots adapter mini) and it isn’t working.
Here's my advice
I'm sure you tried all these but I need to lay them out
Check the description of this video and click the link to the magic boots I purchased from Amazon and make sure you have the same adapter
Next unplug everything
Plug in the adapter
Plug in the cord
Plug in the console
Press the PS button
Pick your profile
If that doesn't work try another cable and repeat the steps
Last if those steps don't work
reach out to the discord group in the video description

@@drjones694 now I have a different problem. A) all the rgb and lights have completely shut off. B) it does work however it only recognizes it as a ps4 controller.
@@tsarofrussia7302 you might need the firmware update to 0.7.7
Check their support page on their website has the instructions very easy to do

I watched your video and I'm having trouble connecting my Magic-X to my Hitbox. I'm using an XSX. I tried connecting it directly to the Hitbox as mentioned in the comments, but it doesn't seem to be recognized. I'll try again after work today.
I have another question. When I use my XSX with a gamepad, I use the share button to capture a lot of screenshots. Is there a way to assign the share button function to the Hitbox?

This video isnt for Hitbox and it doesnt make sense to watch it because Hitbox doesn't use GP2040-CE Sodtware which the Haute and other vendors like SGF, Slab MX/Mini, etc use. You will have to get in contact with other hitbox users to figure out how to get compatibility.
I just got the t16 updated it and I got the wingman as well also updated when I plug the wingman into the ps5 and plug the t16 up into the wingman it doesn’t work but if I plug the wingman into the t16 it works but times out i have the 7.8 version of the t16

So you updated the pad to 0.7.8 check
I didnt update my Brooks adapter, but you updated yours
I havent heard of any issues with an updated Brooks but who knows
Next question is what mode is your pad running in?
PS5 - XInput - PS4 etc
I would think your on PS5 mode not PS4 mode
I would assume PS5 mode and your on a PS5 console and if so you shouldnt get the timeout that's weird
another thing I would say is join the discord, link in the description
under support channel post your question
there are so many folks in jumping in and out all day and night from different time zones that can give more immediate support from the community
we'll get you squared away it's probably / hopefully something simple that's giving you issues

I dont remember if I updated mine, I've had it a few months now. It should work out the box links to what I bought are in the description for PS5 and for Xbox i used the Mayflash

Only the Mayflash is working for me on Xbox

Not sure what that controller is
But most controllers plugged into a Xbox or PS5 work with the Mayflash and Brooks adapter's

Hello, out of all these adaptors, which one can i use in ps5 AND for my iphone? I’d like to use my ps3/4/5 as a controller for my phone games, ppsspp emulator, etc.
I’d assume all can use for phones?

But for phones, I haven't tried yet I have an Android tablet I need to see.
I know on Android and iPhone you need to map the buttons so that would be the hardest part. On iPhone that is a huge pain on Android it's way easier you just use the PSPlay: Remote Play app and you map the buttons before connecting to your PS5
But havent tried it with a pad

I have a G13 with the Mayflash Magic-X and haven't been able to make it work plugging it on the side. Firmwares updated and all configs done, but still won't work. Only if I do it directly into the console into the cable.
That's weird
Stuff I know you've done but my thoughts
Check the adapter firmware and get the firmware version number your on write it down
Controller updated to 0.7.7 firmware
Then I would say check the discord, link in the description
They have a very active channel and tons of nice folks willing to sit and help but they will ask your firmware numbers for both before so to save you the time get it ahead of time
Also check and see if the Xbox series X adapter you have is the one I put in the description

I have a fight stick called dark matter that it didn’t work with but the mayflash drive works with my mayflash fight stick. I’m going to get that pro version that you have and try it. My brook stop working on the 23rd.

very unrelated to topic but how did you make the custom art for your leverless? Is there a template online or can you order it customized?
There is a psd template
And I used gimp to create for free
And did a lot of testing and sampling

Sadly, the small dongle is out of stock everywhere that I’ve checked.
The PXN N5 is an alternative to the Magic Boots size wise.
Took forever for me to find it
It will turn up in small bunches if you keep your eye out
I need to look into this adapter PXN N5 and see how things go
@@drjones694 It's actually a bypass adapter designed PXN's line of gaming steering wheels but somehow works with arcade sticks. Locally in my region it's around $18 compared to the $23 of the Mayflash Magic Boots.

@@drjones694 I want to buy MAYFLASH MAGIC X (for dualsense now and plan to buy haute pad) to be used on Xbox series S for Tekken 8 , but I am worried about the lag . I wanna see in particular that whether the lag is noticeable , does it cause any competitive disadvantage (slow movement, combos drop, difficulty to block due to slower response etc. ) Please make video playing Tekken 8 using mayflash magic x with dual sense controller and with haute pad .

On the lag part though I would say folks are playing with joysticks and a Brooks adapter and having no issues so should see the same results with the Haute42 and duel sense
I personally wouldn't stress about it but I'll test and see if I see anything

I have a plan to buy t13 for tekken 8. Which adapter i should get?
if your on PS5 the MagicBoots is the best that way you dont need an adapter and its really small and flush you can see in the video
If you already have the Brooks you'll be fine to plug at the end of the cable, the instructions say to plug in the side but i'm afraid it will break so i just plug it to the bottom on my other pads that dont have the magicboots

it is working, just update the firmare and plug the controller throught the XB2
@@ALESSANDROBICEGO mine is updated to the latest firmware as of a week ago or so and it's not working still
As soon as you plug it in you get the accessory not supported on the Xbox Series consoles window
Yours is working hold on to it because your the lucky one lol.
The Mayflash does work without any issues but lucky you don't have to buy a new adapter

Don't have the exact answer on hand but both my Mayflash has been working fine on my Xbox and PS5
I would say it's the same or less as a joystick with the adapter to be honest I don't notice any lag at this point

There is no update for the MagicBoot
Did you go into the web configurator and set up the PS5 or did you put the pad in PS5 mode? It will show on the display

Are you on Xbox or PS5 would be my 1st question if Xbox it doesn't work
If PS5 the steps in the video should work
Check the USB c cable and see if you have another cable to test with it may be a bad cable
Also the discord group link in the description support channel has a lot of activity and could help your new post

I'm on ps5 the brook and fight stick both brand new they showed up yesterday checked the t13 updated it following the instructions so it's up to date plugged the cord to the converter to the ps5 the haute reading the buttons but nothing happens I'll check out the discord

Plug the USB c into the controller
Plug the cable into the adapter
Plug the adapter into the console
Lights should be on for the side of the orange / red and white adapter
when you connect
And the screen should turn on
Now press the home button on the controller and your pick a profile should pop up
Then press start button
Now it should start working

Tested and correction the magic boots does not work for the Mayflash f500 only the Haute42 pads it does work..?? IDK why
You will have to use a Brooks or Mayflash with the f500
