This house is so beautiful, rich with color and personality, and nothing overdone! Also, the idea of using the laundry space for the bar as well makes sense since it opens to the patio; the sink serves double duty and the drinks are binged in open air, the best way to unwind.
The cat door under the stairs is great! And I loved the laundry bar! It's brilliant! But why, oh why, does the washing machine and dryer doors are in that position? The door almost hit Emilia's face. That would annoy me SO MUCH

The space has been nicely redone. I like that they added their own art work for some personality. The materials, colors are very predictable and I think even more personality needs to be infused. The bar/laundry is likely very functional. Since the designer concealed the fridge and dishwasher do not know why a conceal could not have been designed for the washer/dryer.
After many episodes where almost every kitchen was wrongly labeled as "european", we finally got what can be called "a modern common european Kitchen"!! I have the impression, however, that the designer is not 100% satisfied with the client's choices...
