Our uncontrollable and the way-out-of-hand, ever-increasing screen time now is not only a personal issue, but a societal or even worldwide issue across various continents and societies. There is no better time to start raising awareness (as it should have started a decade ago with the release of the first iPhone) about the effects of our mobile phones on our well-being, as well as how we can use them to our advantage and at the same time, not being controlled by it.
So glad to see another episode! Quality over quantity for sure on this channel!
