How Amanda endured decades on Vulcan, as an outcast barely tolerated only because of her husband's position....i cannot imagine a love that would hold up under those conditions.
I was concerned with how Spok would appear in the series, but it was quite interesting, her relationship with Michael and his parents was much better explained to us and the completeness of Spock's search for identity was very well shown. And the actor was great, I would like to see a little more of him.
You've never even watched this show and your only interest is in hating it. All you mofos were like "oh, how can she be Spock's sister? he never mentioned her!" Well for one, Spock never mentioned his father until he literally showed up on the ship. He also didn't mention his brother until he literally showed up on the ship. So why do you think he would mention her exactly? He literally did not tell his best friend about either family member until they physically showed up, so that seems like it's perfectly in character for him lol. Second, while we are mostly seeing Spock's dialogue here and it's all about Michael and how she shaped him, a lot of Michael's dialogue during the season was about how much he shaped her in turn. It also explains his estrangement with his father very well, something that we always knew happened but didn't have a lot of context for. I'm not saying season 2 was amazing or anything (a lot better than 1), but the characters were certainly very well realized. You guys are way too angry and closed minded to actually give a shit though, because you only want to listen to the youtube people that tell you how mad you should be instead of forming your own thoughts.

@@pocketheart1450 Nice long winded response. I have watched the show. It was terrible. As for the shoehorning of the Michael sister arc it is lazy writing.

@@pocketheart1450 There is one pearl of wisdom in your comment "It's all about Michael" which pretty much sums up what a truly awful parody of real Star Trek this crap is. I started watching this show then stoped when I realised it was a steaming pile of crap.
Genuinely wondering, have you seen SNW? What's your take on Spock there? Did the writing there improve this Spock for you? I like this Spock, but especially in SNW, so I was just interested in your perspective. Thanks!

Regardless of how you feel about Discovery, there's some impressive acting here, and a real love for the character of Spock.
Who else thought little Spock was adorable
He is adorable and he needs a hug 😢

**3yrs later** Well, didn't you get your wish?! #StrangeNewWorlds #EthanPeck #HotSpock ❤😊
Really, really well done, and perfectly captured Spock's complex personality.
These scene are so emotional. With all the misunderstandings and chaos the love was always there...
Awww her baby brother. She sent the signal
Spock is more human than vulcan in soul.
As much as he tries and wants to deny his humanity, that part of him will always show itself one way or another.

My favorite scene!!!! Sister & bro bro!!!
This is beautifully made. Good job!!
I've seen this video like 100 times

This is truly a masterpiece 😍
what he said to Michael when he's speak vulcan ?
He said I love u I believe cuz Michael said I love you too
He says "You are my balance."
So wait is Spok weaker than a normal Vulcan. And of he ISNT weaker is it only because of his traning?
Nan’e lo’uk du on-zish
Where can I find a dictionary of phrases in Vulcan please? thanks thanks thanks
Why did the new writers have to make up a black half-sister to Spock named Michael? Also why did they state that Spock is dyslexic?
This whole show is bs tumblr fan fiction
Then don’t watch it?
